I am not inclined to patronize this business EVER!!

In July 2020, I purchased a pair of tippy tot shoes (size 5). Instead, a size 4.5 was sent. I sent a message on 8/6/2020. They responded the same day with a promise to follow up between 24-48 hours. I sent several more messages over the next few days after no follow-up was made. I posted my experience on their Facebook page in 2020, only to have it deleted shortly thereafter.

My grandson now wears a size 8 and was never able to wear the size 5 shoes I ordered and paid so dearly for, neither the ridiculous 4.5 size that were sent. Shame on this company for taking my hard-earned money and not refunding or replacing with the correct item. I went out on a limb to support this business. I was thoroughly disappointed by their poor level of customer service. They should do better.

Due to lack of response and resolution, I posted my experience on the company’s Instagram page last night. Still running from responsibility and acknowledgment, the posts were deleted and I was blocked, with no response.

This is all so terrible.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the consensus in regards to the poor customer service. I ordered a pair of lace holders. The site indicated "one size fits all." I received the product in a few days and the quality was nice. That is why I gave two stars. However, the laces on the walking shoes bought for my niece were too large for the holders. I emailed and initiated chats with the company on numerous occasions for an exchange or refund, but I never received a response. I typically don't leave bad reviews but my heart is soft when it comes to babies and baby products. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT!

Horrible customer service. I ordered two pairs of shoes for my daughter totaling up to a little over 120. The shoes arrived in a few days but were entirely too big. The shipping card they provide has a phone number that does not work. I emailed that the same day, 3 days later, and a week later with no reply. I’ve also tweeted, and reach out to them via Instagram DM with no response. I would not recommend this company to anyone moving forward because clearly they are just taking peoples money and have no integrity as a business to satisfy the customers needs.

UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! THEY SENT MY BABY SHOES, CORRECT SIZE, BUT THE SHOES ARE SLIPPERY AS EVER ON THE BOTTOM!!! MY BABY CANT EVEN STAND UP IN THE SHOES! WORST DECISION EVER FOR FIRST TIME WALKING SHOES!!!

They do not reply to emails, they do not have a return address on packaging, got offline on Facebook when I tried to explaine my need to speak with someone. All I wanted to do was exchange a pair of shoes.

😡😡😡Please BEWARE OF Tippy Tot Shoes. We received shoes as a gift and had the correct size ordered. Upon reciept the shoes run small. We requested an Exchange the next day after delivery and have been following-up with this request (calls & emails)for over 1 week. We still have no reply! I have sent a comment respectfully requesting for follow up on Facebook and now have been blocked. I was so excited to find this company that I even had others purchase. Of which are having the same issue. I am highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism this business displays and I hate that I have to right this review. But PLEASE BEWARE! 😡

I ordered a pair of shoes for my 1yo. I received the shoes within a couple of days. I attempted to use the size guide they provided but the shoe was way too big. According to there policy you have 14 days to return but you have to contact them first. I attempted several times over the 14 day period to email and call. I left several messages. That’s was a little over a month ago and not one message has been responded to. All I wanted was to exchange the shoe for a smaller size. I had to find her shoes somewhere else. Money wasted and lesson learned.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. I received random shoe sizes, the wrong shoe, and part of my order missing. No problem, we all make mistakes. I contacted the company and included pictures with a detailed message. I received a generated reply saying they would get to me in 48 hrs, I received nothing. I waited for 2 weeks and sent another email saying I would contact my bank, and that helped me receive a reply. Well, the owner or whoever answers emails was not only rude but failed to address the problem. She kept sending me their message about shipping being delayed because of Covid-19. My problem was not with shipping but with me receiving the WRONG products! Her response should have been, I apologize that you received the wrong order, you can return them to this address and we will fix the situation for you. That's all that was needed. Instead, she was nasty and unpleasant to communicate with, consistently ignoring the problem at hand. This is not the BOB you want to support. Here it is a month later and I still have not received a pair of shoes from my order.

Bad business

Order a pair of shoes for my daughter in a size 3, but when they arrived we got a size 5 1/2. No big deal, we will contact the company to get it figured out. No reply to email and phone call attempts. Looked up the company online and there were many others with similar issues. Some that did not receive anything when they placed their order. Do NOT do business with this company.

Ordered two pairs of shoes and only one arrived. Company does not respond to emails or calls and has blocked us on facebook when attempted to contact there. A simple google search shows they have scammed dozens out of their money and they have an F rating with the BBB for defrauding customers repeatedly.
