Customer Service is a joke, first they don't send what you paid for, than they send incomplete products and poorly word instructions. When you complain they offer subsitisute and tell you they can't fix there error due hard to find materials.

They’re SCAMMERS I order from their official website, paid money and never saw a parcel

Very disappointing experience with TITLE Boxing online orders.

My order was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas (Dec 23), but it arrived 3 days late, on December 26. This was my child’s main Christmas gift, and because of their failure, I could not give it to him on Christmas Day. No one can give that moment back.

When the package finally arrived, I contacted customer service asking where to return it, since I no longer wanted it. Instead of offering an apology or taking responsibility, they blamed the shipping company (USPS). I clearly explained that my contract was with TITLE Boxing, not USPS, since THEY promised the delivery date.

They simply sent me a return link. No apology. No accountability.

I do not recommend trusting TITLE Boxing for online purchases, especially for time-sensitive orders or gifts. Very poor customer service and lack of empathy.

Deceit. Took my email address. Took my personal phone number. Promised me a 20% discount no strings attached. Go to use it and there are restrictions. Can only use it on cheap and inexpensive products like $9 tee shirts. Contacted them and they scoffed. No attempt to make it right.

Fraud. Bait and Switch. Promised me a 20% discount if I gave up my phone number and email. There were no exclusions listed. Go to use the 20% discount and there are many exclusions. Can only use it on $10 and less items. Contacted them and they refused to honor the 20%. Reported to BBB. Wrote to corporate. They are fraud and deceivers. Rude also.

I've been buying equipment from Title for about 40 years. I recently ordered a pair of bag gloves. I changed my billing address but didn't see any way to change the shipping address. About 10 seconds after placing the order I saw the mistake and tried to cancel the order. But it's Title's policy that orders cannot be cancelled or modified even before the order is shipped. After several failed attempts to remedy the situation with Title, I got no where. So now I'm out $54 + shipping and a pair of gloves! Never again!

I recently visited Title 1 Boxing as a customer looking to explore a new hobby, and I can confidently say it was an incredibly enjoyable experience. The community vibe is truly special, and I would highly recommend Title 1 Boxing to anyone seeking a fun and engaging hobby. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, you'll find a great place to learn and grow.

Good clean environment for boxing work out. My complaint is based upon the one sided Membership Agreement, inadequate communication opportunities by phone and email and difficulty in canceling membership and automatic bank account withdrawals.

I usually never order online but I couldn't get the headgear for masters tournament any other way.It is a nightmare to deal with the AI bs
I told I have to confirm I understand international shipping But there was no way to do it .and if I didn't my order would be on hold for who knows when I been 3 days with total frustration. No one will talk at Title!
Will never deal with them again.

I ordered some boxing shoes years ago which turned out really great, and now I ordered a WBC sweatshirt which got dirty so I decided to wash it. The first time I put it in the wash something about the material is bad because it looks like it's coming off and the fabric is getting all these spots on it.

Ordered some Nike boxing shoes came in a couple days later true to size

I got a 20% off my purchase so I bought boxing gloves. When I made to checkout the 20% wasn't good for what I purchased. A hook to get you to buy

its a scam where they take money for ''subscription'which you never made, but they say you did, cause its was written in terms and cond...

I ordered a pair of gloves and was shipped the wrong item. They initially told me they would ship the gloves out and a return label for the wrong item, that would have been totally fine... except they lied to me. The gloves were out of stock, yet they told me they were on the way, only to then later tell me they couldn't send them after all. Offered a refund or store credit. I asked for the refund, which is when they replied that I would receive my refund after their INCORRECTLY SHIPPED item was returned to their warehouse. So not only did they mess up my order and lie to me, they are holding my refund hostage. The returned item reached them over a week ago and still no refund. I will *never* purchase items from the title website ever again.

Ordered box hog 2 black and white adidas and got box hog 4 black and gold and they were 3 sizes up they fit me well enough though and they saved me like 40 more dollars😂

I ordered gloves for me and my son on 4/13 and also payed for ground shipping, they didnt send it until 4/19 it took them 7 days to move 2 pairs of gloves, and now it would probably take another 5 to 7 days to recieve it. Poor customer service. Seeing all the reviews here I'm not alone so beware folks. In addition they seem to lack size information some gloves go by Regular or Large with confusing posts saying regulars are 12 to 14oz. I mean are they not sure what saize it is? its either 12 or 14 you cant have two different sizes for a Regular fit. I've seen the product being used by pro gyms for trainning but the employees of Title boxing doesn't seem like they know their products.

Wow now I see I'm not the only one with issues and the site reviews are deplorable. Talk is cheap and so is title boxing. They first canceled my order which was guaranteed by Wednesday cause a size was simply wrong. When asked why that happened I was told to reorder and replace with the correct item. The delivery date was then changed from Wednesday to Friday. I asked if anything could be done for the inconvenience they refused to help at all. Blamed me for ordering the wrong product and then my order doesn't even process after an entire business day as they made more and more excuses I was told the order was canceled yet my account on the site does not showcase this. Save your money buy from more reputable companies Muay Thai firm in Thailand was faster and cheaper using DHL and coming from another city. And it seemed that anything I did or say to have them make this right only slowed down the process of my order. Long story short they are atrocious.

Any little error and they just screw you over Total Pieces of Sh** . Especially NINA.
What a. f. ING. B****. Rude attitude. They absolutely do not appreciate your business . They shipped an order to the wrong address then they wanted to charge me extra shipping to get it to the right address they rerouted my order back to their warehouse and would not refund my money . Total a holes Save yourself the grief and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE IDOTS.

Terrible robotic customer service- received a boxing shoe that did not fit. It is a full size bigger than any others I own. I think it is a manufacturer error. I contacted title for an exchange. They will not. Furthermore they only offer robotic chat service (no phone). They want me to return (fine), and repurchase a smaller size of the exact shoe without the welcome promo I received, and pay shipping again. They offered zero understanding. This is not customer friendly or make sense. I’m trying to get the same item. I paid $119 after discount! Also my son will still not have shoes for another 10 days! I’m very disappointed and frustrated.
