Ordered a dress last year and it was so bad that I had to return it. they don't refund the amount issue me a credit note. Since I am forced to buy from Tjori and so ordered another item using credit note worth Rs.1547. New item was of price1499/- with no shipping charges in the beginning. Later while making payment, Rs 70/- was added as shipping charges. Here are my observations: 1. When exploring the dress, it said no shipping charges, later it charged me 70 rs for shipping. 2. When the total amount including shipping charges was more(1547(credit note -(1499+ 70 shipping charges)= 22. However, the system asks me to pay 24.(Here discrepancy of 2 Rs) I know the amount is smal but what is the error? 3. When advance payment is made via paytm, a 5% discount will be given. I don't know where this discount is going. They are simply Sophisticated thieves and cheater.

I feel really dumb for ordering a face roller from here. The picture and description calls it 'rose quartz' but it is just plastic. I paid almost 2000 for the product! The website looked professional and I thought the premium price would ensure a quality product. I can't believe a scam of this scale is able to operate so openly, without any shame! Please avoid and tell your friends!

I just received my products, and they are amaaaaaaazing. I loved all three dresses, necklaces and earrings. Very good quality, well made, and they are exactly as they look in their website. It is one of the rare times that I order online and get exactly what I want. The only downside is that it took 2 months to receive. I have to say, though, that anytime I would send an email, they would reply within 24 hours. If you have patience you will be happy with their products.

EXTREMELY BAD experience. I ordered on 2nd December and the order hasn't arrived even on 16th January. They gave me a tracking number that says shipment notification received since 6th December and then there is no information on the package. When I email them, it feels they DO NOT read the email before responding. They copy paste the same response to you. Their customer service is horrendous. They take your money and you don't receive your package. When you create noise they turn deaf ears to you. Just save yourself from them. Value your Money, peace of mind, and sanity.

Absolutely the WORST online store out there....is there no regulation of such stores?

Please DO NOT buy from this website. Their products are of cheap quality based on my purchase of okay dress and they do not provide refund instead they give voucher to shop from their merchandise. Also they provide a delivery date on the order confirmation email and change the delivery date without intimation to customer on delivery delay and it’s reasons

I wish I had read the reviews before placing order, pls guys never ever buy any thing from this tijori they are chit n chor ,had order dress n it had been almost 1 1/2 months had not received my product.

They are not worth even one star
I ordered on 6th october, 21 and I am yet to receive my product. They just change the delivery dates. Their phone no. is not working. Their support is not answering the mails. Moreover, they are not cancelling and refunding my money back.
Strict action should be taken here
We all should file a complaint or else barge in their office and take our money back

I have given order on 24th October still I have not received my product.i have sent the message due to delay delivery cancel the order and refund my amount but still they are not deliver product or not refunded my amount also.No customer care number nor they don't update when they will deliver it.Fraud and worst site i have come accross online.

Horrible and frustrating experience. No response to emails. It’s been 3 months and I literally have sent 50 emails to get my refund for items that were never delivered to me.
Complete lies on their website. Poor customer service. I don’t know why this company still exist. If they don’t follow the business rules

Delay delivery, no response from customer care, no one to answer any questions. Want to cancel my order but website don't allow that, it creates the ticket but no one respond to that email.

I am shocked to see so many people have complained about their service. Really pathetic. I am trying to complaint against them in consumer forum.

Pathetic experience! They havent delivered for close to 2 months and absolutely no response to the emails!
Worst customer service.. I really doubt if they have somethng called customer service coz all wat i hav recd is an auto generated email with an autogenerated message!

Clearly looks like a scam coz we cannot reach anyone incase of any return/exchange/delivery date questions!!

Don’t buy from here. Its a fraud website. Check out several consumer complaints and reviews on mouthshut. I am a victim of their scam too. They NEVER deliver the orders.

Awful experience.. Bad service. I have not received my product from more than a month. There is no way to contact. Customer care number is not working and mail is not being sent on the email address provided. I have done full payment for the products.

I have really awful experience. Delivery is more than a month late. I received wrong dress and one dress is still missing. I emailed so many times but no response. They don’t have any customer service number because of Covid they close it. Now how to contact them? I will never recommend them.

Bad quality products. I purchased a kurta set for a boy and a khadi dress for girl. They extended the delivery date 3 times and took 2 months to deliver saying that they procured the wrong fabric. They simply refused to cancel the order even though the delay was very long. Finally the items arrived and I did a gently hand wash before using them. I was extremely upset to see that the dye colour on the buttons were bleeding and it stained the white kurta wherever there are buttons. So the kurta was a waste of money. The girls dress also has a big avoidable mistake. The neck is too small for the head even after opening the button. How can a good tailor make a blunder like this on a premium product? My only choice was to cut the fabric on the back of the dress with scissors to fit the head. So both my purchases are a waste. I know they won’t give me a refund so I didn’t even try to ask. Their website looks great. But they are doing such cheap work behind the scenes. Here are some photos. They are just trying to save their company by selling crap, nobody is doing any quality check before packing the items. They communicate only via emails. This way we are at their mercy after paying money. You can be sure that you will not be refunded if your product is damaged or is of poor quality.
