Delyth and Ben helped me through the process of purchasing my first property. They were very professional, and equally patient with all my questions as a first time buyer. Delyth ensured the whole process was as stress free as possible, and Ben was exceptional at keeping me informed of her progress. I would use them again with confidence.

There are three things you want from your Solicitor:
1. Good and prompt communication
2. Clear and actionable advice ( don't buy houses every day!)
3. Swift actions to make things happen in the right timescale

I got all of these things from TCS where the main solicitor was Kalwant Kaur (Kaz). Kaz was personable, effective and great to work with. Evan when a short spell of pandemic related absence got in the way she arranged for cover, ably supported by Helen Reddington. Full marks on managing what was a whirlwind timetable. I was recommended TCS by my estate agent and they were very good. I recommend.

TLS solicitors were recommended to us by our estate agents. I cannot fault Delyth at all she was amazing. She kept us up to date every step of the way through both sale and purchase and did her up most best to keep things moving smoothly. Emails/telephone calls were always replied to and if Delyth wasn’t available at that time Ben was available to answer any queries or questions we had and was very helpful too.
We would recommend Delyth especially as she did such a brilliant job for us. So thank you so much to Delyth and Ben for all you did for us.

My final conveyancer, Delyth Thomas, provided a professional and courteous service and successfully completed the sale of my property. However dealing with her employer, TLS Solicitors, was an exasperating and stressful experience. The whole process (involving a first-time buyer and no chain) took over seven months from offer to completion. The original conveyancer left the company without me being informed and I was then passed between two paralegals and a solicitor before Delyth was drafted in. Emails went unanswered and documents were re-requested months after being sent in. This included official id papers which they mislaid. On one occasion the switchboard went unanswered during office hours. Notwithstanding the pressures of Covid, increased workloads and issues with the buyer's solicitors, I cannot recommend this company for property conveyancing. My estate agent also confirmed they will no longer be recommending TLS.

I went with TLS Solicitors after a recommendation from a friend. Confidence in the service waned early on after a lack of communication and personable qualities. At one stage my solicitor took two holiday breaks and then announced they were leaving. At this point I considered switching solicitors.

After relaying my disgruntled thoughts to my new case handler I decided to give the company one last opportunity. Her name was Delyth Thomas and she delivered an excellent service that restored my faith in the company. Communication was timely and this included call backs at regular intervals as promised.

My family are enjoying our beautiful new home that seemed an eternity away at one stage. Thanks to Delyth’s efforts I am now a very satisfied customer. Due to my early encounter, I cannot rate the overall experience as five stars. However on a personal level, Delyth gave me a 5 star experience!

Totally recommend this solicitors. Matthew looked after the purchase of my apartment recently. He replied quickly , sometimes immediately to all my enquiries and kept me informed of progress. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TLS or use them again.

Delyth was very professional, keeping me updated regularly, is not afraid to pick up the phone and actually speak to me which makes things so much easier to sort and she managed to get everything done in record time. During June, when solicitors and conveyancers were flat out for the end of the month, Rachael was always understanding of my situation and determined to see the transaction through. I am so pleased I put my trust in TLS (on recommendation) to get an urgent job done. My stress levels, which were off the scale at the time, were kept to the possible minimum - thank you so much to Rachael and Jasmine.

We dealt with Jasmine and Rachael, both fantastic, we didn’t have a straight forward conveyance as house was owned by four people, one of whom lives in USA. This caused no problems to them at all and they got documents ready in advance to prevent any delay from the states. They always kept in touch by phone and email, and nothing was a problem. Fantastic, friendly and efficient, would definitely use them again

Absolutely first class service. Louise Smith and Kate dealt with the sale of our property. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process, our calls both professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble whatever the query. Everything was actioned first time no need to revisit at any time. Even though I’m sure there was a lot of people completing on the same day as us, everything went through early on and that is testament to their commitment to the customer.
