I appreciated that Tluly let me know what was happening with my order! It is the first time that I placed an order and was initillialy concerned.

Arrived on time and with what I ordered. All 3 tops are the same size but one fits very snuggly. I am keeping it because I don’t know how to do returns. This is why I am reluctant to order online.

The purchase arrived promptly and in perfect condition.
The 2 items I had ordered arrived fit nicely which pleased me.

I order quite often with this company & so far I have never been disappointed with my order. The 2 tops I ordered were delivered promptly, the sizing was perfect as was the quality.

Received my sweaters and absolutely was blown away with the quality. They were a bit large though. I order according to their sizing chart. They are working satisfactorily to give me an exchange.

I loved my sweater and green two piece set. The other one does not look like I expected and looks cheaply made. I would return it if I could for full refund.

Order arrived and nothing fit and quality was poor. Attempted to return. Order was $168 and they offered me $40 to keep the items. I declined and a series of emails followed offering $60, then $80, then $88. Return address does not align the website store address.

Ordered an item December 2nd. Was given an email saying they will let me know when the order is shipped. December 20th I still receive no email so I emailed them. Their response is that the item is still in processing. I emailed them a day later to cancel the order and now they magically email me a response saying the item is shipped. Was told the package would come in 12 to 16 days. Still waiting... Its been over a month. Totally a scam company. Even my Amazon packages were delayed this year by maybe a day, but not 12 to 16 shipping days.

The quality of the fabric, stitching and fit are first rate. I’ve ordered quite a few garments via Tluly and find every one of them excellent

The fact that it arrived was good. However, I think the delivery time was a little slow. I suppose this could be due to the Christmas Season. I also found the sizing to be a little off. In a couple of the items they were quite wide.

The shirt online showed a metallic tree, when mine arrived none of the trees were metallic. Disappointing as that was the primary reason I bought it

I have not received anything in my order & have had no response from contacting service@tluly. Disappointed since I ordered holiday outfits with plenty of time for delivery. Thankfully I paid through Klarna and stopped future payments and will file fraud & get a refund. I knew it was too good to be true as far as prices.

I have not received my order from months ago, the events that I needed these items for have long past. I have heard nothing from the company and don't see anyway to contact them. HELP......

Where are my products, when am I getting them or not, why doesn't someone contact you when they are delayed. How do I get a refund and where are these items coming from. Has anyone else had these issues, what did you do and did you get a response from the company.

I have yet to receive my order that I have already paid for over nearly a month ago. No way to contact anyone for help.
