I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY WHOLE ORDER, BUT THEY DID LET ME KNOW THAT IN ADVANCE, AND GAVE ME OPTIONS AS TO WHAT I WANTED TO DO. I LOVED THE TWO ITEMS THAT I DID RECEIVE. MAY SHOP IN THE FUTURE AGAIN.

My order looks great and it is in time for Christmas for my Sister ! She will love it ! I do too !

I ordered a sweater several weeks ago. I can’t get a hold of them. They won’t answer any messages and I can’t find a phone number. I paid $15 for shipping and handling. I have no idea where my order was and I’m about to call my bank and turn them in as a scam, beware do not order from here unless you wanna lose your money

Very happy with the sizing and quality. Shipping took a bit longer than expected but not too bad. Plan to order more from this site. I recommend!

Pretty upset there is no way to return my items. The clothes were definitely not like the pictures on the Tluly site. My family laughed when they saw the clothes I ordered. The print, colour and sizing were not correct. Very unhappy! I lost all that money. The return site just gives you the run around. No address and no one to phone. I was definitely scammed.

Sweaters are true to size, love them!

I wasn’t informed about a sweater that wasn’t available. Plus it took too long for delivery.

My order wasn’t able to be fully shipped so I was notified that I could either cancel the part order or wait an extra 1-2 weeks for full order
I was fully advised throughout my order and it promptly was delivered one week later

The items were well priced for the quality. The time from order to delivery was fairly quick considering the time of year.

I am always sceptical of ordering goods online from a name that I don't recognise, but Tluly did not disappoint! I was kept informed of each stage of my order from start to finish. Ordering was easy and dispatch of my items was prompt. Will definitely use again - thank you Tluly 😊

I would not recommend ordering from this company. They have a no return policy unless the product is defective. They don’t care that it doesn’t fit. First time I ordered. No returns. They offered me a sad refund for the amount of money I spent. Even SHEIN and TEMU accept returns. Unless you really want it. Don’t order from this company. Plus it took 20 days to get it.

I just made a purchase from Tully Canadian funds or so I thought. It was taken out as US funds. Very miss leading.
There is nothing to say when this package should be expected. I have only received one E-mail stating they took my money but nothing on shipping dates etc.
once I receive these pieces I will update review. So still waiting for any response from Tluly. I cannot track and I have not recieved email back from them. Still waiting for product. 30 days and nothing. Very dissatisfied at this point

Very happy with my purchase. I am a size 12 (Australian) and the fit is very good. The quality of the material and the cut of the two piece suit is excellent for the price. Have placed another order for three more pieces so will be interested to see how they compare.

I purchased a cardigan for $61.98. It took three weeks to arrive. The quality is flimsy. When I asked for the return address. They wouldn’t give it to me. They wanted to give me $14.00. And said to keep it. I don’t want it. They won’t give you your full refund and they won’t give you a return address. I am contacting a lawyer. It’s their way of scamming people.
