This was my first time applying for a mortgage as a first time buyer, Tom Davies went above and beyond. Very helpful, friendly, responsive and moved the whole process along swiftly. I am very grateful for his help and advice and for securing my mortgage, would highly recommend to others :)

I contacted Paul to arrange a mortgage for a new build property after being recommended by the property developer. It was just before Christmas and I was trying to get a mortgage application organised as soon as possible. Paul was extremely knowledgeable and his experience was invaluable in securing a great mortgage deal. He was always available (even weekends) and even worked all the way up to Christmas Eve to get the mortgage application processed. Paul provides a five star service and I would 100% recommend him. I will definitely being using Paul again for my buildings/contents insurance and when I need a new mortgage deal later on down the line.

We were asked to engage with Paul when looking at a new build property (All developers seem to do this now). We found Paul to be extremely helpful. A few weeks later and we actually decided against the property.

When we found another potential property we asked Paul to help again anyway, he was happy to do so, and worked with us over the course of the next few months until we found the right house.

We are looking to move early next year, the purchase price was tight financially and a percantage of our income fluctuates month to month. Paul was able to get the mortgage provider to agree with us in terms of calculating our finances and they offered the amount we needed.

Before we started on our house journey we had engaged local morgage advisors. We found them to be pushy, to purchase local houses which we didn't feel were right for us.

We are glad we found Paul who has helped at every turn throughout the entire process.

Tom has been responsive and helpful through the whole process. He got things moving quickly and we couldn’t be happier with the service that has been provided.
