Tom has been an absolute star during the whole process. We had a few issues with our credit report and took us over a month to get approved due to issues on our end. However Tom helped throughout the whole process, he kept us reassured and never gave up even when it got tough. We are so grateful to him, we are now home owners thanks to Tom's hard work and can't thank him enough. Prior to being recommended to Tom we were actually worried that we'd never get accepted as advised by previous brokers.

Tom was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. A more than excellent service throughout and could not reccomend more!! Tom and his team are super efficient, thorough and incredible at what they do!

Been working with Tom at TM Financial Solutions for the last 4 months now and he’s been so helpful with securing us a mortgage offer for our shared ownership house in a very timely manner and has been available for all questions, even during traditional non-working hours. We had a hiccup with what properties we were able to buy initially and Tom was available to provide affordability assessments for multiple properties which was beyond helpful considering we originally came to him with one property (and one property only) in mind. Our experience with TM Solutions has been fantastic and I would recommend to anyone and everyone. Tom has made buying a house so much less stressful and has been more than happy to explain certain legal terms to us. Overall we’re extremely happy with the level of service provided.

Tom is absolutely brilliant. Have worked with him in a professional capacity for a couple of years and he has just arranged a remortgage for me.

I am nearing the end of the 5 year HTB interest free period, Tom has helped me with clearing the Help to Buy loan and guided me through the whole redemption process (the valuation, dealing with homes England application to clear it, and the mortgage). The mortgage itself he had full application, valuation and mortgage offer issued within 7 days.

The whole team at TMFS are incredibly helpful and attentive and most importantly friendly and approachable.

My mortgage advisor, Chloe Loveday, is an absolute godsent! Through my mortgage application journey, she has been extremely professional, efficient and transparent. I never had to chase her up for progress reports as she was always on the ball working on my case late into the night and even over weekends. I really had good experience with TM financial solutions, Especially with Tom.
I was thinking it will be very complicated process to buy a house here in UK. But they make it very easy and simple by their great efforts .

Ours was a challenging process due to my age HTB etc but we got an offer in the end and we move in next week.
