I am mega impressed. Delivery was supposed to be between2 and 4 weeks and it took 2 days! Very happy and impressed with the end to end purchase of the abarth spoiler, delivered today.
Super fast and well packaged and easy to fit.
Where do I start, purchased Maxton spoiler and other bits from tmc as Maxton design was out of stock. When I received my order it was very poorly packaged compared to Maxton. Upon inspection the spoiler had what I can only class as ‘graze marks’ and some scratches along it.
Messaged tmc straight away providing photos etc and their reply ‘Can you please confirm it isn't sticky residue from the protective layer... this isn't something we have seen happen before as they are wrapped in packaging then wrapped in plastic again to protect them so for them to get scraped is basically impossible’
I can confirm it wasn’t and the fact it was still scratched didn’t cross their minds… the reply I got back from them was the following ‘To me it looks like the packaging has been opened with a sharp item such as a knife and this has caused the damage.’ If that isn’t accusing someone then I don’t know what is!
They then forwarded on a reply from Maxton,
"The spoiler are hand finished so its not impossible to have a cut/damage on the edge. But I've not seen them like that before so I will raise it with them”
So it’s not impossible after them telling me it is?!
I gave up on their bad customer service and luckily opened a case with PayPal. A month later i finally got my money back (Thanks PayPal!) & ordered with Maxton Design. I received the item with no issues whatsoever and packaging was super padded & secure.
Won’t be going back to TMC or any sister sites. Customer service is shambles, they blame the customer and not once have they apologised, nor am I expecting them to!

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience at TMC Motorsport, as we always strive to provide excellent customer service.
To clarify, as an authorised Maxton Design distributor, we follow standard procedures when handling product concerns. Upon receiving your report about the Maxton Spoiler Extension, we promptly engaged with Maxton to investigate a resolution. Like any manufacturer, Maxton has their own processes for assessing and approving replacements or refunds, which we relayed to you.
Unfortunately, rather than allowing us to resolve the matter through the correct channels, you chose to escalate the case to PayPal. While PayPal ruled in your favour, the claim was for all three items purchased, not just the one in question. This resulted in a full refund for products that had no reported issues and that were not returned to us, which we believe was unfair. Despite this, we are still working to resolve the matter professionally.
We regret that you feel our service did not meet your expectations, but we want to assure our customers that we are always willing to help and follow the correct procedures to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

First time I have bought a van online but tmc were excellent and made it easy and responded to my emails and what's app messages quickly and the van is also great
I have ordered spacers in the past and recently an exhaust, and I have to say, that both orders arrived within a few days and I was updated regularly throughout the entire process on the progress of my order. Would certainly recommend.
Once again the team at TMC come up trump's....new wheels and tyres fitted. Got great advice ref new rear springs, arrived this afternoon getting fitted tomorrow.
Sorted out a couple of Abarth front seats for my van.... honestly couldn't be better😁👍❤️

Recently bought a small accessory for an Abarth Spider 124 from this company that specialises in Abarth aftermarket accessories. Extremely poor quality, very expensive delivery and extremely poor customer service. Even after explaining the issues with photographic evidence, they require the buyer to pay for returns of their Chinese tak.
Update: Just had a response to my review of TMC Motorsport, 18 months after it was posted... They "are sorry to hear of my bad experience... this isn't something we strive to offer our customers" ???
I rest my case.
The item was a small red cap for the on/off button, with a central appeture for the on/off light. If centred on the light it fouled on the button surround, if centred on the button surround, it covered part of the on/off light. It only needs to be a mm out when cut not to fit and look cheap, or is it Abarth's button, I doubt that. Either way it didn't fit and I lost out.

Hello James, thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear of your bad experience with us and the product quality. This isn't something we strive to offer our customers. We were only made aware of this review recently as we had not used Trustpilot before, instead using the more commonly used Google reviews platform so I can only apologise for the delayed response. I can absolutely assure you that our company is not a front for as you say 'Chinese Tak' in fact 99% of what we sell is hand made by companies in Italy or comes from the car manufacturers themselves. Having bought one small item and making an overall judgment of our company is extremely unreasonable, we are a family company and if anyone reading this does some research on Google reviews and forums they will see that in fact we always go above and beyond to help our customers and offer advice and overall, our reviews are extremely positive. Sadly there are always cases where no matter what you do you cannot please someone, thankfully these cases are rare.
