I bought two faced extreme lip injection. Supposed to give instant and long lasting plumping. It does nothing at all,except leaving a horrible thick greasy feeling on lips. Ive left review before but had no response from company. Why would they bother to contact me ,theyve got my money.
Save your money,buy Maybelline Lifter Plumper from superdrug,its a great product and does what it says. No lies,no false performance advertisements, no FAKE reviews and a customer service department you can actually contact in person.

Acabo de comprar y no me ha llegado ningún correo de confirmación. Pero me meto en la cuenta y sale como si no hubiese pedido (mis pedidos a parecen vacío y el carrito aparece lleno , como si no hubiese pedido) pero encima me han cobrado el dinero como si lo hubiese comprado. Y en su pagina web pinchas en el correo y no aparece NADA. Estoy indignada espero que me devuelvan mi dinero YA. Sin duda alguna no volveré a comprar y correré la voz para que la gente este al tanto

Ordered a palette bundle for $24 with guaranteed shipping . Order said being prepared for 24 hours. 22 hours later it was canceled as out of stock but the item was still listed on there TikTok page with 9 in stock and I ordered with guaranteed 3 day delivery . 24 hours later it was canceled as out of stock. Horrible business . No one is getting back to me and their cs didn’t want to assist in anyway

As much as I want to love too faced. The palette colours are amazing... however. Every single palette I've owned has had trays fall out and destroy, furniture, clothes and the carpets
Today was the last straw. I keep my too faced palettes in a draw so they definitely don't get bumped or knocked and opened it to a confetti of super brown pigment EVERYWHERE!!
This has happened with the last 4 palettes I've bought. I want to know why it's happening on £40+ pallets but not with my cheap revolution ones?

Order not received. Evri tracking details never updated. After contacting Too Faced by web chat they said it was ‘lost’. Reading other reviews, I can see many others had same issue.

He de decir que esperaba más compromiso y seriedad en una marca tan reconocida como es too faced. Hice un pedido hace casi un mes y no me ha llegado, lo reclamo por teléfono y no me saben decir nada, “ que a ellos les sale que está en preparación”. Me sigue sin llegar el pedido. No quiero pensar que la propia página web es una ESTAFA. Lo que no es normal es que si no reclamo cada día mi pedido, que lo he pagado, no lo reciba. Seguiré reclamándolo. En cualquier caso, última vez que compro nada de su marca.

Por favor hice un pedido y me llego la confirmación pero no me deja hacer seguimiento.

I am updating my previous review. I tried to make a purchase of several lip balms to hit the $80 threshold which would add a free one to my order as well but a bug in their system prevented me from completing a purchase over $80. I posted my complaint to trust pilot. Too Faced responded within 24 hours with email instructions which I followed and their customer service team was able to rectify the situation.

Muy fuerte lo de su página oficial, hice un pedido en noviembre del año 2023 en black friday y nunca me llegó, lo reclamé por teléfono y por el formulario de la web y nada, a las sexta vez que lo reclamé parece que me hicieron caso, me llegó la semana pasada (octubre 2024). Me llegó el producto y punto, ni muestras ni productos por compensación. Es una verdadera estafa, mucho cuidado, porque lo reclamé por activa y pasiva, si no me quedo sin dinero y sin producto.

Prodotti top e consegna avvenuta dopo pochissimi giorni dall’ordine. Anche la confezione mi è piaciuta molto, pensata affinché i prodotti non rischino di rompersi.

Ordine arrivato in circa 72h, mi ero inizialmente spaventata dalle recensioni negative ma è andato tutto bene. Ordine imballato benissimo e articolo corretto 👍🏻☺️ Grazie e alla prossima !!

Ik heb in december oogschaduw gekocht, walgelijke reactie op gekregen waardoor ik tot op heden korsten en littekens op mijn oogleden heb.
Hiervoor contact gehad & ik zou mijn geld terug krijgen. Het is ondertussen maart en NIKS gehad! Wat een verschrikkelijke klanten service.
Bijna alle merken sturen ook vervangende producten op, coupons & 300x sorry als iemand zoiets ervaart. Dit merk kan niet eens mijn geld terug storten sinds DECEMBER!!!

I just purchased the Damn Girl mascara, seeing that this was made with vegan ingredients. My eyes have become swollen and itchy again with this product after one use so I will not be able to continue using the product and also unable to return due to residing in Canada and purchased while spending the weekend in northern US. I thought this product being advertised as vegan would finally allow me to get the volume I'm looking for however beware if you also experience irritation easily as it does not seem to make a difference.

Really disappointed I purchased the “better than sex” mascara as I’ve previously bought lipsticks and loved them so thought I’d give the mascara a go (I normally use a top hight street brand) that costs half the price that works better…. so firstly it doesn’t build up anymore from 1st application after the 2nd coat it ends up clumpy , the wand/brush is very bulky and I find it really clumsy to use after a handful of hours of wear it smudges under eyelids and by evening my eyes feel slightly irritated (never had this with any other mascara before) it’s a shame as I had high hopes for this especially at the price it is but I won’t be buying it again

Thank you for responding to my review via email.

I honestly want to let you know that as a mother who purchased this for her children as a birthday gift, I find it frightening that it continues to be sold without more warning, other that small print at the bottom of the tube.

My daughters and I applied the lip gloss to lips only, one normally would, yet the reaction occurred over their chin, cheeks nose and all around our mouth area.

Your 'small print warning' should state that the reaction can occur all over the face, not just to where the product was applied.

I have used many beauty products and I have never, ever had an allergic reaction to anything. Fortunately, we had an antihistamine on hand to take. I was very close to going to the local hospital due to fear of anaphylaxis developing.

I am also a medical professional and my husband is a GP and therefore understand when an allergic reaction is occurring and how they occur. However the rate at which the allergy developed after applying the product to my lips ONLY, as my children also did, was alarming.

I have since seen so many reviews and images online of people having the same reaction and am astounded and frankly horrified that something like this continues to be sold and marketed to young people without adequate warnings. Many people are unaware of how to manage an allergic reaction, may not have access to antihistamine and may develop serious breathing issues as a result of lip and facial swelling.

I have thrown the product away and now my children have learned a very valuable lesson to never buy your products again.

There are many choices on the market and it seems absurd that you would continue making such a product when there is known adverse skin reactions.

Il primo ordine l'ho effettuato nel 2023 ed è andato a buon fine. Un po' lunghi i tempi di spedizione, ma nulla da ridire. Ho poi provato ad acquistare due volte di nuovo ed è impossibile: i soldi vengono bloccati dal conto (in quanto viene fatta richiesta di autorizzazione) ma dell'ordine nessuna traccia!
La cosa "divertente" è che contrariamente a quanto segnalato sul sito, dovete aspettare 72 (SETTANTADUE, 3 GIORNI!) ore prima di poter segnalare l'assenza dell'ordine al customer care, perché dicono che il sistema può metterci fino a 3 giorni per registrare l'ordine (roba assurda e non vera). Inoltre dovete aspettare 14 giorni (+ i 3 precedenti) per il reso.
Peccato per la qualità del prodotto, ma vi sconsiglio veramente l'acquisto dal sito.
L'assistenza clienti inoltre non è particolarmente utile e non riesce a fornire supporto.
