My car was in for a recall and Mia was so helpful and friendly. It was in for an all day appointment and Mia rang me at lunchtime to give me an update on my car.

No tyre nut connector
I was sold a second had car without a tyre nut connector. When I asked, I was told the nuts are not standard so Toomey will not replace.
Was told to go to a service station and ask then to cut them off.
I feel the after service is pathetic to non existent

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
This vehicle was supplied over a year ago, and we understand that you visited us prior to Christmas regarding the locking wheel nuts. At that time, our Parts team inspected the vehicle and advised that the locking nuts fitted are non-standard. Unfortunately, in such cases, replacement keys are not always available through the dealership. As a result, an alternative solution was explained, including removal by a service centre equipped with the appropriate tools.
We appreciate that this was not the outcome you were hoping for and regret that it has affected your perception of our aftersales service. Your feedback is important to us, and a member of our management team will be in touch with you directly to discuss this further.

Another good review for a great group…
Another good review for a great group of guys in MG service department in Basildon. Paul, Pedro and Mia always do a fantastic job and are super helpful and a pleasure to deal with when getting anything done including the recent recall I had for my second MG car. Many thanks again for all your hard work guys as I know how busy you are and hope you all have a great Christmas.
