I recently used Top Removals for my international move from London to Dubai, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything went absolutely stress-free, and my container arrived in less than a month, perfectly intact.

The staff was incredibly helpful and meticulous throughout the process. Pete in the office was extremely supportive, providing clear communication and updates, which made the planning and logistics so much easier. On the day of the move, Miro and his packing crew did an outstanding job. Their attention to detail was remarkable—they carefully packed and wrapped all my furniture and effects with precision, ensuring everything was protected during the long journey.

Not only do they provide exceptional service, but they are also fantastic value for money. For the level of professionalism and care I received, the cost was very reasonable. Six stars!!! I cannot recommend Top Removals highly enough. A wonderful experience from start to finish. This is the company you need if moving from the UK to Scandinavia (or visa versa)! Very reasonably priced, great communication from Pete & Emil, and a great team on both ends of the job! Mine was a tough job up staircases w/no lift, but they were all smiles; kind, patient and efficient. Impressive! Thank you!

Absolutely incredible service.

We used Top Removals moving from the UK to Norway and they were so incredibly helpful, good at their jobs, responsive and kind. I was quite stressed about the whole thing and Pete was always there to assure me of things, which I appreciated so much. Communications were top notch, and the guys who collected and delivered did an amazing job. Nothing was broken or lost, even my plants made it!

AMAZING service- no fuss or frills. i was really nervous about moving since i've never hired from a moving company before, but top removals had the most amazing service and efficiency ever. they were patient with me having to catch up to them and open the gates as it was my first time on the property, and they moved my items up multiple flights of stairs with no issue, complaining, or help needed. i did not have to lift a finger, or exert any effort, and none of my items were damaged at all (despite some of my boxes being filled to the brim with items) they also lifted heavy furniture with no problem. they are very polite as well, courteous, and i felt safe. thank you stanislav and the other fellow that helped, you both were amazing! 5 stars!!!

Collection and delivery handled by experts as scheduled, and the delivery happened 7 days after the collection.

Amazing experience from Top Removals. Everything from the chat with admin team on the phone to book the service, through to the move itself was great.

I booked the pack and move services from London to Bristol. The two guys from Top Removals were professional and packed everything with great care, carefully wrapping each item. Everything arrived intact in Bristol.

The packing part of the final cost was a bit more than initial estimate due to them needing more boxes than estimated to pack, but they were upfront on the phone when I spoke to them about the costs, and what the estimate included. So I did anticipate a higher cost as I know I probably have more than the average person. I still believe I got great value for the service they provided.

I’d happily use Top Removals again for any future moves and I’d be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a move.

I did not hire this company but encountered two workers as they were removing items from a property in my road on 18/4/24.

These men parked their van on private property preventing me gaining access to my car. I asked them to move the van and the pair were so rude. They looked at me in disdain and when I said they were blocking me gaining access to the back of my property they just gestured that I squeeze past the van. I did this as they clearly were not going to move. The space was so small that I had to move the van side mirror to enable me to squeeze sideways. They then very slowly moved the van.

A company such as this should at least employ workers who have manners and recognise when they are wrong. A simple "sorry, yes we will move" would have gone a long way. Due to their incompetence, I was late for work. It's a shame you have such ignorant people representing your company.

I’ve recently moved from London to Oslo, I chose Top Removals to move my household. They were very reliable all the way through from picking up to delivering and everything in between. After browsing around to be fair, they had the best deal offered out there comparing to other companies. If you’re thinking to ship anything, don’t! Just give these guys a call and they will do it for you.

It's no secret that moves are generally complicated, tiring and hella stressful. Moves abroad are that times at least 10. Especially in the world of post-Brexit. Going through all the customs requirements will surely give you a headache. We have received quotes from at least 10 companies and (thankfully) went with Top Removals, who were somewhere towards the end of our budget but also in the middle of all the quotes we've received (aka good value). They helped us relocate from London to Copenhagen. The process turned out to be super smooth, well communicated and professional. We are very thankful to both the management team and the guys "on the ground".
