Fantastic company to deal with. Karl was so helpful in giving advice on why a privacy lock was not working and sorted out the problem for us.

We paid a visit to the showroom premises in Worthing West Sussex where they have an excellent range of good quality door handles that you can view. I will definitely be buying them from them next time I need some door handles or doors. Highly recommended.

Superb service and a quality product. I found exactly what I needed on the website and was able to place my orders easily. The turn around was superb with all my purchases arriving quickly and well packaged. I needed to add an item to my most recent order so a very pleasant phone call to Karl at Top Class Carpentry enabled that to happen. This is exactly how Internet shopping works best .. thank you.

Excellent advice from Karl regarding door furniture, hinges and latches.
The service given was brilliant and I can totally recommend Karl and his Company.
Totally beats buying on line as there is no comparison to seeing different products on display.

Top Class Carpentry helped us with a number of doors, including door furniture. Karl is very knowledgeable and all his advice is spot on. We would be happy to recommend him.

I needed 2 well finished internal doors for our lounge, which in the current market was posing a real problem. On Googling several local companies I came across TPC who seemed to be able to supply everything I required.
What a lucky find, the help, care and good advice was second to none. They even recommended an excellent carpenter who did a great job - necessary on finished internal doors!
I have no hesitation in giving Karl and his company 5 out of 5👍

Absolutely excellent service. I had a problem, of my own making, and I phoned and spoke to Karl. Spare parts were sent without question and arrived the next day. Would recommend this Company without hesitation.

Karl Richford is the most stand up guy I've come across in a very long time. I didn't know what barrel to buy for my door, and not only did he find the right one, but he showed me how to fit it and stayed with me every step of the way over the phone. That is priceless. It is people like Karl who actually make the world a much better place and I will definitely be sending some business his way soon no matter the distance thanks to his next day delivery courier service. TopclassCarpentry highly recommended 👌

Just want to reiterate what other have said. Excellent service - Carl was so helpful and so knowledgable and after I explained what the problem was provided a much better and cheaper solution. Which arrived a day or two later. Thanks Carl !!
Would definitely use again.

Called for some technical advice and spoke to Carl Rickford. He was friendly, helpful and polite. Above all he carefully questioned me on my issue and provided me with a solution. Amazing service. Carl is a credit to the Company. Well done and thank you

A great informative discussions with Karl who was really helpful in getting the solution that we needed. Really good to have an informed tradesman advising. Thank!

We've been trying to track down a specific epoxy to repair our kitchen worktops. Whilst Topclasscarpentry weren't able to find the one we needed, they did offer us lots of ideas to fix it, including using a a different product from another supplier. A really helpful, genuine business - recommended.

In July 2020, I purchased two items from Top Class Carpentry. On delivery I had a technical question regarding the profile of the items. I therefore contacted Top Class, and spoke with Karl, I can't thank him enough for his assistance in resolving my problem. This company is Top Class...!
