Over recent months I have purchased a small number of torches and a power bank as I was concerned that, living in a rural area, we might get blackouts during the winters. Needless to say when Storm Goretti arrived recently I was jolly glad I had bought those items. I bought them, over the years, from a company called Torch Direct who I cannot praise highly enough for their extremely good service. Torch Direct are fast, efficient and also very reasonably priced. I have ordered from them a number of times over the years and the service has always been excellent. 5 well deserved stars.

I ordered a Fenix headtorch and then realised it was 10 pounds cheaper on the Fenix website. Emailed TorchDirect immediately to ask if they could cancel the order or perhaps price match. They price matched with no quibbles, paid me a refund a few days later and the torch arrived in short order. Top service!

Fantastic service, headtorches are excellent. Nitecore UT27 is amazing, I've been night fell running for 35 years and never had a headlamp this good.

I bought a Fenix LR36R and it was delivered very very quickly,i ordered it 2 days ago and got it today.

Im very impressed with the lazer beam and fog light and all the modes,its also very easy to use.

The torch is not overly heavy it feels great in your hand and with the lanyard you can tighten the torch to your wrist.

It also comes with a belt clip and a torch holster,im very impressed with it to be honest.

I saw on torch direct website they also offered a free engraving for up to 20 characters i think it was.

Because its 10,000 lumens and can go up to 1,260metres...when i ordered it for a laugh i put in the engraving section MARCS EYEBALL BURNER and the guys at torch direct actually engraved it for me haha and for free too so thankyou so much guys,im really over the moon with it and thankful for the swift delivery and for fulfilling my free humorous engraving i cannot thankyou enough.

Truly outstanding customer service from Torch Direct, after I purchased a power bank that had a fault. My emails were answered by Stewart within an hour, updates were sent after he contacted the manufacturer and less than 24hrs after my original communication with Torch Direct, I had a replacement sent out, with next day delivery. Cannot recommend this company enough.

I had an issue with a dive torch I bought a couple of years ago.

The customer care team asked me a couple simple questions then without quibbling advised it sounded faulty so the best thing to do would be to send it back and provided a pre-paid return label. Upon examination the team found the torch to be faulty. The torch was no longer the current version and was out of stock so they replaced it with the updated version for me!

I was so pleasantly surprised by how kind and understanding the customer care team are. I would definitely buy from them again and will be recommending to friends and family.

Needed replacement headband for an unknown model no. Led lenser.Sent torch direct photos they correctly identified part recommeded replacement ordered it delivered and fitted by myself in less than 24hrs absolutely superb service. Everyone else seems to struggle at the basics. These guys know what they’re doing and at good prices
