Very professional and knowledgable team, helpful even after sale. Huge selection of torches at great prices.

Superb customer service. My head torch developed a fault after the initial 12 month suppliers warranty period so Laura provided me with both the returns form to Nitecore and even a copy invoice from my original purchase from Torch direct.
Nitecore replaced the torch under their 5 year manufactures warranty.
Service like this is rare these days, I recommend both Torch direct and Nitecore. Thank you.

Helpful before purchase advice; super quick delivery within 1 day as promised, followed by very efficient returns assistance from Laura. When I communicated that I had decided not to return the items, I also suggested that a steer on which courier companies might carry Li-ion batteries could be helpful for customers. Given the difficulties with regard to recommending couriers, Laura was still very positive and in the future hopes to give a pointer for customers who wish to return Li-ion batteries.

Bought two torches. One amazing, another really a basket filler. Cheap one had a switch fault that they resolved immediately. Great family business with a good focus on one segment. Great telephone and email support also!

A significant issue is trying to get high quality lithium ion batteries in Northern Ireland. I called up Torchdirect who gave me great advice on the best course of action to get L-ion batteries shipped across. Shipping to Northern Ireland usually takes a day or two longer than shipping within UK mainland, but I received my order (including the Li-ion batteries) less than 24 hours after ordering even though shipping was free for my order. Really top customer service, cannot recommend enough.

Top company, and brilliant customer service, brought two LED lenser torches from them over the last Five years, the last one developed a fault within the warranty & couldn't be fixed, they replaced the torch with the newer model & received it few days later. very pleased and not left in the Dark. Will always get my torches from here.

Bought an Olight S30R in 2015 , stopped working 3 years later. enquired as to what to do.
Was sent a free return label by email to send it to them. was diagnosed as a manufacturers fault and a brand new latest model returned back to me in 2 days!

I purchased a nitecore MH20GT from them. Purchase was seamless - good automated communication right through the shipping process and delivery was quick.

Unfortunately the unit had a manufacturing error in it - no fault of Torch Direct. Right from the point where I called them to ask whether it was just me being dumb or whether there really was a problem, through to replacing it and sending a new one the level of customer service was awesome.

Credit to you guys - exceptional service.

I purchased 2 Nitecore MH27UVs in November. One started giving me problems in March so I mailed Torch Direct and after a few discussions they asked me to return the faulty torch. They sent me an addressed and barcoded label (postage paid but only in UK) as I'm from Ireland it cost me €6.50. 3 weeks later my torch arrived with head replaced and my postage was refunded. Highly recommended.

Great customer service from Stewart - I had an issue with a product that they promptly replaced without any hassle. Will definitely be using these guys again!

I purchased a Maglite Tac Rechargeable in January, which unfortunately proved to be faulty. THE handled the whole problem efficiently and professionally, firstly by offering help and advice on how to fix the problem and then by allowing me to return the torch. I was offered a full refund or a store credit note. I opted to accept the credit note because of the level of service and attention I had received. Looking forward to my next torch coming soon. I will be recommending Torch Direct to family, friends and colleagues in future.

I ordered the Olight R50 seeker for about £100 and received next day delivery for free, along with a couple of key-ring torches.

Item was well packaged and I'm more than happy with the service.

Purchased an Olight R40 Seeker which failed within the five year guarantee period.

Spoke to Stewart at Torch Direct and received a postage paid label to return and a new torch within a week.

Ordered a "Maglite 3 D-Cell LED Torch" off their site on a Thursday lunchtime, received the next day by free delivery. Quick, Simple and no messing about.

Bought a few torches from them in the past and ended up buying a very bright pocket torch - Olight SR Mini LED Torch

I had looked at a few more powerful ones, but this is small enough to slip into my pocket, just bought some nitecore batteries for a smaller torch with a good discount based on loyalty points.

I have used this company twice now & when making an order just before Christmas, I had a few queries regarding suitable products for family & phoned torch direct twice, the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful & courteous in assisting me with my order.

Both times I received my deliveries in good time & the delivery company they use even e-mail you the expected delivery time to within an hour e.g. between 12:26 & 13:26 & with plenty of warning too.

Torch direct are my go to for personalised torches, their engraving service is great for only £1.95, I always have mobile no's done in case they lose them, especially on key ring torches.

I've used Torch direct twice, on both times the service I've received has been first class. When I've asked for information on batteries or torch performance, the replies have been quick and detailed.
I ordered a Fenix Tk75 last week and received emails for each stage of the order and the delivered date. On the day it was due to be delivered, I was emailed the ETA with a 1 hour time slot. That kind of service is priceless!
