Torne Valley レビュー 

I must tell everyone about the wonderful experience I had when I bought my Atco petrol lawnmower from Torne Valley at Tickhill.
The price was very competitive and the staff were very good in offering to build up the mower and add the oil and petrol before I arrived to collect it.
They even helped me to lift it into the car.
They even followed me home and cut the grass for me.
(I’m joking about that last bit by the way.)
Torne Valley certainly understand that good customer service goes a long way and they demonstrated it in spades.

Great experience again i bought a robot mower and Torne Valley went above and beyond. They called me the day after id ordered it and told me it was ready to pick up. And they had charged it and loaded all the updates so I could get mowing straight away .

I'm not normally a review contributor but when people or retailers get it right then they deserve to be recognised. It's no wonder Torne Valley have almost exclusively 5* feedback.
I searched online for a particular item of gardening equipment, there was plenty of retailer choice with number of buying options selling the same item but Torne stood out with very, very competitive pricing and excellent reviews so I pressed 'buy.'
Within 48 hours the item had been delivered and was in perfect condition. I believe Torne are based in the North, I am in the South so their turnaround time was impressive.

Ordered two bavaria shield caps 16 June 25, showing in stock, 23 June 25 email says we do not and have not had stock for some time!!! Outrageous taking orders for stock they have not had in for some time and the web site 23 June 25 still shows them in stock

I have unlimited gratitude for (I think) Chris and Les. They have both helped me immensely. Tutoring me on on my sthil strimmer. How to load the plastic (I think it’s called) tape to fill the fuel of 2-1. They were absolutely brilliant. Why would you go anywhere else. Thank you so much guys.

I ordered a Stihl grass trimmer on 3rd May. I was dismayed at the delivery price of £16.75 but since I placed the order in the evening I couldn't query it. They charged delivery as a 'large' item (120cm) supposedly based on Parcelforce-24 prices. However Parcelforce charges the same for all parcels upto 150cm long.
And incidentally it wasn't delivered within 24 hours.

Could of find any info about postage so went ahead to find out after an hour of adding things to my basket they do not deliver to my area, wish they made that more clear at the start
