Your advert stated 2 day delivery, three given delivery dates later we received our order. Surely a courier would have been quicker !!!!

The guy delivered the mower and the majority of my questions about the product, he said he didn’t know and only delivered them. Then it transpired they had forgot the instructions and they would be in the post that week. Two weeks later I contact the company and they would email a temporary copy. The file was so big I couldn’t make the guy realise I did not receive the pdf. Sent from his own email a second time I got the first page only. I emailed the company and did not receive a reply. I am now past the third week and still waiting and haven’t even used the mower. Very poor after sales service.

Great experience. First time using just mowers. Great ride on at an amazing price. I’d highly recommend the start N go delivery and demo. Worth every penny. The delivery driver was brilliant and incredibly knowledgable. Overall a great experience. Again highly recommend.

I wanted to order a number of pieces of kit - from the initial phone call I made, to placing the order, to checking in with the team for delivery dates, it was all so simple and well executed.

I purchased a Honda Lawnmower from Just Lawnmowers.co.uk in January 2025. It was a £1,400 purchase, so not a small amount of money for me. The mower arrived in good order and the delivery man was very helpful in setting it up. So far so good. However, half way through the summer season last year, the self drive function went to about half power and became almost unusable (after only 15 mows of use) - it's a heavy mower. Cut to today (March 2026) as this is the first day of needing it this year - and yes, I should have done this earlier but life got in the way - I notify Just Lawnmowers to the problem and ask for their advice/my options to get it sorted. It looked to me to be a cable that needed tightening only, so a possible cheap fix - but I'm not handy in the DIY department so would prefer a pro to deal with it. I filled out their online form and received a response from Josh Bignell quite quickly. However, it wasn't a friendly, empathetic or considerate note - just a message to essentially say that it's not their problem and that I need to take it up with my local Honda dealer - and that I need to ensure it's serviced regularly to satisfy the warranty. Zero useful help at all, and their attitude told me that they don't care about customers post sale. There was more back and fort between us re the warranty date etc. etc., but the bottom line here is, if you're considering Just Lawnmowers for a purchase, be aware that if anything goes wrong, they don't respond as you might want, expect or like. Personally, I wouldn't buy from them again.

Everything was okay with speed of delivery, the box the mower came in was a bit battered, but not had chance to use yet.

Having purchased a lawn mower that stopped working well inside the warranty period, it took me three weeks to get them to accept the warranty liability.
I was left to find my own packaging material for the return and make myself available for a whole day for the lawn mower to be collected.
Will I use them again mmm I don't think so.
