Stihl Robotic Lawnmower
Bought a Stihl Robotic Lawnmower last year. Biggest asset to my property that I have ever purchased, however I had an issue with it 2 weeks ago, called Torne Valley & spoke to Mark who looks after these machines. He came to take a look, diagnosed the problem, organised a replacement part with the manufacturer & kept me updated by mobile on progression of the part. He came out today, fitted the part, all up & running again! Great service, great company, would not go anywhere else for my garden machinery.

My son bought me a Pro-Power Petrol Pressure Washer
Reference: 3WZ-2800A for Xmas.
I used it four times with no problem. Next time I tried firing it up. Absolutely no chance.
The spark plug wasn't that badly carboned-up, but I cleaned it up. Still no go. The spark plug supplied was a cheap no name make. I ordered a set of NGK's and still no go.
I then called Torne Valley - and got an important man by the name of Mark.
I live two mins away in Epworth.
"Do you have a receipt?" he asked
It was a Christmas present.
"I'm too busy to have a look at it - Can't get away - snowed under," he said.
"Drop it in and we might get to look at it next week."
After sales service ZERO stars.
Mark - a prat.

Hello James,
We have done an investigation into your concerns and spoken to Mark. Obviously, as with any retailer, we would require proof of purchase i.e. a receipt – would it be possible for you to ask your son for this? If you do not have a receipt, please provide a date of purchase and model number and we will look through our records to find it. Once you have this, we will be happy to take a look. I am sorry Mark gave you the impression he was not happy to help you but on speaking to Mark can ensure that this was not the case and maybe his terminology was inappropriate and we have spoken to him regarding this.
If, when you have the receipt if you contact us again by phone on 01427 871333 or take the item and the receipt into the store and ask for the Manager – they will look at it as a priority.
Many thanks for bringing this to our attention and apologies for your upset.

Product that I bought was fine the only issue I have is I ordered on line to be delivered from epworth store, then had a email saying my order was ready to collect. I rang to see if they could deliver as it said free delivery from epworth I ended up having to pay £25 to get it delivered. Wouldn’t of minded paying but it did say free delivery when I chose the epworth store. Other than that was delivered when they said and polite and helpful

We do apologise for any confusion incurred, however all orders specified for click and collect are free to collect from a chosen store of your choice and not free delivery from the chosen store. The cost of the delivery charge you incurred to have your order delivered to your address was due to the weight of the items ordered.

Ordered a Stihl 71 hedge trimmer
Ordered a Stihl 71 hedge trimmer , received it with a faulty handle , seems as though somebody else had returned for that problem .I called Torne valley and they immediately sent out and delivered a replacement through their carrier and picked up the faulty one at the same time . Very professional people and sincere .
