My wife bought this tv from Costco on a offer. IT IS THE WORST TV WE'VE EVER HAD. Spend more time trying to get the remote to work than watching it please don't
buy one it's nearly caused a divorce!!!

We have purchased two T.V's 14 months ago one of them now has no picture after speaking to a Toshiba Technician he advised us to take it to a repair engineer!!! Do the repair shop TV programme repair new things or only old (We gave up the chat when it became obvious we were getting nowhere) We did expect more than 14 months of viewing and are now waiting for the other TV to go the same way. We will never buy Toshiba again. Certainly nothing like the advert from years back when they said Toshiba was built well (I beg to differ)

I rec'd a Toshiba smart TV for Christmas 2021 and was delighted. It lasted less than18 months. That is unbelievable. It cost £369.
I called the customer services and I was told modern technology doesn't last long. I couldn't believe that response. I told her I would never recommend Toshiba and would write a scathing review. She gave a half hearted apology but obviously did not care a tuppenny toss.
I've now referred this experience to Tesco in the hope they stop selling Toshiba products.

Bought a Toshiba 58 inch about 2 and a half years ago it was ok for the first 2 years then things started to go wrong when I turned it on no picture but had sound I did everything they said to do still didn’t work , I kept trying and it came on then I turned it off and it hasn’t worked since , this seems to be a common problem, they shouldn’t sell tvs with a life span of 2 and a half years it is a utter disgrace that they are allowed to do this in my opinion do not buy Toshiba as they make and sell inferior products spend a bit more on a reputable tv manufacturer as I am going to do exactly that

What a load of crap 💩 waist of time n money had tv for about 2 year and am tryin to run sumthink simple as youtube and it’s freezing same as itvx thort it was the internet but no just got the fastest fiber goin still not good anuff try to update the software but no they just like to sell you stuff and then u do what u want they the ones that got your money n you got a crap tv

Never looked at reviews until today. I have had my tv for 18 months and it's now gone wrong what a load of rubbish . Toshiba sort your act out and stop selling rubbish

The thing is rubbish have to go into another room to watch disney + on a samsung.
Toshiba don't give you the app and downloading is a nightmare

I bought two Toshiba televisions recently, both of which are completely and utterly awful.

The first television is model number 32LL3C63DB.Whenever I switch that television on the green power light flashes on and off for ages before the television actually comes on. Then whenever I switch that television off the green power light flashes on and off 32 times before the television actually switches off. I updated the software for that television recently but that hasn’t made any difference whatsoever; the same problems keep recurring. There have been many times when that television will not come on or go off at all when I switch it on or off- I end up having to switch the television off at the wall socket and unplug it, and then I have to plug it back in and switch it on at the wall socket and try again to resolve that problem.

The second television is model number 32WK3C6DB.That television often randomly and inexplicably switches the green power light on and off repeatedly in quick succession for about a minute then switches the green power light on for about a minute, without actually turning the television screen on, and then it switches off. That usually happens between 12 am to 3 am in the morning, which wakes me up. I updated the software for that television recently but that hasn’t made any difference whatsoever; the same problems keep recurring.

Both of the Toshiba televisions described above are intensely irritating, and when they are turned on they both have a big green power light permanently lit up, which is very distracting.

Gone and out of warranty whot a load of rubbish and has worked out to be expensive when you think £300 divided by 12 +2 £25 per month down the drain never again

I wish I had looked here before I purchased. My 43inch Toshiba lasted just over a year and technical did reply to my enquiry. They asked for photos of all four corners of the tv and the tv powered up which I did. That was the last I heard . I tried again and again no contact . Utter rubbish!
I only asked if my TV was under warranty as when I did a search for 5 year wty tvs Toshiba came up. They couldn't even answer that.

One star is one star too many. TV Model 50UL2063DB lasted less than 2 years and developed a screen fault, horizonal lines across the screen. Contacted Toshiba and as TV was over 1 year old it was out of warranty. They replied as follows:

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, due to the age of the TV it is outside of the 12 month manufacturer's warranty which we support.

We would recommend seeking independent repair or weighing up the cost of a replacement.

The most shocking aftercare I have ever experienced, suggested paying to get the sh**e TV repaired or buying a new one.

NOTICE! avoid Toshiba fire tv at all cost don’t buy that brand they are a big fraud! Im still in factory guarantee an Toshiba told me they not responsible for the TV I need to call my insurance, they TV is rubbish a faulted from day one. Also their customer service Is revolting they seem to be selling refurbished Tv when it not working Toshiba acts like they are not at fault. I will never purchase any thing with Toshiba name to it period. And I’m putting it all out there so uses lot don’t have to go thought the bad feelings I’m feeling

TV remote works intermittently, I have to unplug TV every day to restart, jumps between android and hdmi regularly.

Bought Toshiba TV, it had problems from the start. Phoned Toshiba then took tv back for replacement of another Toshiba tv but a different product number. This Toshiba tv was also problematic from the start. Phoned Toshiba, again, they just wouldn’t admit it could be that their TVs are at fault. Blamed us, the aerial, our location, even though all the other TVs we have are working perfectly, and, incidentally, the others are not Toshiba. Taking this one back and will NEVER buy Toshiba again. If they had the decency to admit there may be faults, then maybe we would possibly have bought another Toshiba, but they would not accept it was the TVs not us! I would advise anyone to think twice before buying a Toshiba tv.

We replaced our Toshiba 50tv which developed a screen problem lines across the bottom and small finger nail mark on right side it was under 3 years old shocking their products used to last for years with no problems or call outs !!😊
So without looking at reviews purchased a Toshiba 50 Fire this was on the wall for three days before developing a speaker fault 😡
So it was returned for another product this being LG
The days of quality have long gone for Toshiba
The black stripe days are over the CEO should be looking at these reviews and wonder how long can the company continue trading
We can’t all be wrong

This TV is 2 years old. Only used on weekends for a few hours. It would be reasonable to expect 5_10 years use at that rate. Tesco What's App was recommended by other purchasers.Tesco don't even bother replying.Ive been waiting 2 days for a call back in 2 hours. I now no longer have a TV and cant afford a replacement. Two rubbish companies.

Bought a Toshiba tv 1 year and 9 months ago and it has broke! Spoke to Tesco and Toshiba- very little joy from either company! Tesco offered me less than 50% of a refund which is unacceptable as far as I’m concerned. Tv should last more than just under 2 years! Avoid avoid -both Toshiba and buying anything electrical from Tesco. Poor customer service from both companies! And as far as I can see from other reviews I’m not the 1st person this has happened to. Disgraceful! Product obviously not fit for purpose but company refusing to admit that.

Actually wanted to give no stars .terrible company.my two year old tv 50” 4k smart has completely broken now . You can’t get through on phone or by email … absolutely appalling! Would definitely never buy Toshiba. You would expect a decent tv today to last longer than 2 years . I have a small tv purchased from Asda , their own brand that is 25 years and is still great ! Heart breaking to have to just throw this Toshiba tv in the recycling.!

Truly the worst television I have ever bought. Had it 12 months. it constantly switches itself off mid programme, glitches, sometimes just out of nowhere gets black screen and doesn't come back on fir at least an hour. Thankfully it is just a bedroom television otherwise it would be in the bin
