After just 2 appointments with Ben my foot is feeling so much better, great clinic, all treatments have been excellent and so helpful in improving my life as was in a lot of discomfort. Feel like things are really back on track and look forward to keeping up with regular maintenance appointments. Would highly recommend.

The clinic is very professional and Darren has been treating me for back and shoulder pain. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel so at ease with his friendly manner.

I went to Total Health Clinics after being discharged from hospital after 6 months. Secondary breast cancer had left me with a spinal injury and pain. Ben was brilliant at getting me sorted and back on the road to recovery. He took time to go through my medical condition and I've always felt relaxed with his approach because of his professionalism. The staff are friendly and efficient.

I recently revisited Total Health for treatment on a recurring back pain. Lewis was very helpful as he has been in the past. He explains what is needed to correct the issue and how to manage going forward. My love of golf has meant discomfort for many years but is so much better now under his guidance.

Darren is very knowledgeable about the body & how it works enabling sound advice on the best exercises to correct faults or improve recovery from injuries. Also his friendly manner & positive outlook is refreshing.

I can’t thank Stephen enough for the support he has given me not only in managing my arthritis but also in my recovery from surgery. His holistic approach has combined hands on treatment with appropriate exercises and excellent advice. I have found his calm, positive attitude very reassuring and encouraging.

I have been seeing Neil at Total Health Clinics in Spalding for a few months for physiotherapy and deep muscle massage. He is very good and has a very friendly manner!

Really Easy to make and change appointments with no problems when I needed to make a lot of changes. Lewis and all staff were friendly and professional. lots of value added information and ideas. my Knee / Back / Shoulder problems are either resolved or still under care. I took the 6 appointments for the cost of 5 offered. I intend to visit say once a month going forward to keep mobile and flexible in the future. recommended without reservation or any complaints. one tip is make sure you have a little extra time as they can run over a bit which I see as positive as I would want my treatment finished if it meant running over a bit. but if you run things tight on time this might annoy. Cost is in my view fair. I have visited 6 times so far.

After an initial phone call to Total Health they recommended a physiotherapist but after I explained I had already been down that road they suggested an Osteopath appt so I went along & had an assessment with Ben - he then decided that Lewis would be the best to assist me & I would like to say Lewis’s expertise is helping me immensely whilst waiting for hip replacements. Admittedly I was a little nervous at the start but Lewis soon put me at ease & let me just talk through my issues, Lewis then worked on a plan to help me stop seizing up & I have found that every appointment that I attend I always feel much better when I leave. In fact everyone from Reception to Admin is brilliant - a whole team who work together perfectly.

It was easy to make appointments with good availability. Darren was thorough and knowledgeable & gave me confidence when following the recommended exercises for my knee problem.

Both myself and my husband have attended the clinic previously and have absolute faith in Ben and others due to the ability to quickly assess and deal appropriately with our various issues. This is why I am seeing Ben currently after my year of cancer treatment and the need to recover and overcome a current hip problem in order to return to horse riding which is already happening, albeit gently, not bad for 79 yrs of age!

The treatment was foe a shoulder muscle injury, perfectly diagnosed by the physio Ben barker. After the first treatment, there was a massive difference in movement and became pain-free. After second visit decided stretching in the gym was then the next course of action, and then advised to buy stretch bands for exercising at home which has been beneficial. I would recommend Ben to anyone and would return if I were to require further treatment for anything else.

It was easy to make an appointment to see a physiotherapist. I was called quite quickly after being referred.
When meeting the physio they took time to listen to my issues and asked me some questions that I hadn't considered which meant they really understood the problem.
I was given a treatment along with some exercises to do at home. Having the PhysiApp app with the videos is very helpful.
I would be happy to use them again.

I have rates 5 star for Raji Nair, who helped my whiplash injury. Raji was very friendly and a pleasure to meet, after every visit my neck and back felt so much better! I've had physio before, but this was different and actually felt like something was being done as opposed to being shown a few stretches!

Thank you Raji, you made what isn't a particularly fun experience alot less taxing and you've helped me heal from my injury.
