I am a DIY guy and was initially hesitant to make such a large purchase from a company I wasn't familiar with, but I can honestly say my experience with Total Home Supply was outstanding. The high-quality customer service I received throughout the entire process was deeply appreciated! Everyone I spoke with was polite, answered my questions thoroughly, and made the whole experience effortless.
A special thanks to Jake for his valuable technical guidance, and to Mike and Elisa for their exceptional customer service. My new Daikin HVAC system traveled 600 miles and arrived in perfect condition, handled by a professional, courteous, and thoughtful delivery driver. The system is working flawlessly, keeping my home cool and comfortable even during our 95-degree, humid days. I highly recommend Total Home Supply and would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Total Home Supply is not for DIYers. The merchandise they sell can NOT BE RETURNED unless the product you purchase is installed by a professional Contractor. They refused return of 2 WIFI Swidgets which failed to remotely control our Panasonic ERV system as described in our Owners Manual. DIYers should shop elsewhere.

I have bought 3 mini-split air conditioners at THS (2 Daikins & a Panasonic). The price is a bit higher than popular websites like Amazon, but Jake at the technical support possesses great amount of knowledge and navigates you through with the right product.

They are specialists, not an average wholesale so you are pretty much ensured to receive the right product and support. When it comes to mini-split air conditioners, I wouldn't go anywhere else even if I had to pay more.

I bought a heating air conditioner unit last month The delivery men were fast and took out my old unit I am so glad i got this when I did as our temperature is 93 MIKE WAS SO NICE HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS GREAT EXPERIENCE!sp

Ordered an under sink recirculating pump. installed it and was not working as per the description of the product. worked with the manufacturer to even troubleshoot. Nothing could be resolved. I asked to return for a refund and they tell me since it's not defective and now used and doesn't qualify. How does not working as described not fall under defective. Unbelievable

It came with the wires and clips. packaged well and safely, highly recommend

I bought a Martin 11,000 BTU heater from THS. The manufacturers installation instructions contained an error which led me to modify the vent components. The manufacturer would not supply the necessary replacement parts, but the support team at Total Home Supply stepped up and provided the parts. Thanks Mike and Jake—very responsive!

I recently bought an Amana PTH153J35AXXX PTAC from Total Home Supply. I talked to Melinda, she was helpful, polite, and professional. The price was fair I received the equipment quickly and the delivery truck had a no-charge liftgate, others charge an additional $50.00 for the liftgate. As for the PTAC, I replaced an old Amana, the new unit is quieter than the old unit, the air is warmer, and a wireless thermostat is provided. It shows using a smartphone to operate the unit, but that's for service techs.

Easy to use website. Chat experience is great. Directed me to the correct part I needed. Received part fast, and fixed the issue. Highly recommend!

The purchase process was speedy and professionally done. However, the shipping process was a nightmare. T-force transport took almost too weeks for partial delivery. The item was idle in Dallas TX for too long awaiting transport. Then it was sent to Wichita falls were I end up going to pick it up because is was going to be several days for them to bring the item to Cache, OK. Not a good shipping experience!

Reasonable prices, quick delivery and outstanding personal support from Jake. Will likely use THS in the future.
