Great customer service. Great price. All material arrived on schedule in good condition. The CO2 split system is very impressive for water heating. Worked out well for my application.

Very pleased to find Arctic products available. Purchase was quick and easy with good customer status reports. My only issue was that the shipping palettes were top-heavy and not suitably strong for the weight and both were badly cracked. The product was unharmed, but nearly toppled over when unloading. That said, I am very happy with Plumbestore.

Fast shipping but I think the Flux is fake ....did not work ....update ...now they say its real ...but nope it is not ..will not wash off with water . don't buy from this place FAKE STUFF they are selling ...better off buying China crap off AMAZON went from 2 star down to 1

One of the worst online shopping experience. I ordered a product that was listed as available in stock only for about two days later a customer service representative contacted me to try and sell me two other devices. Then he told me that the item initially bought isn’t available and that they would have to contact the manufacturer which would be a 3 week turn-around time for them to receive in it the store. Certainly not the 5-7 days delivery of items ordered as advertised on your website. After waiting two additional weeks as was requested and expecting to hear from the representative that they received the product there wasn’t a call or email sent. I called and still the product was sent to me. Then the shipping company that Plumbestore is using to deliver the product within 2 days of their receipt is delivering the delivery too because they aren’t able to schedule for the time that I requested. Thanks for nothing.

I cannot rate my experience with Plumbestore because I still don’t know where/why my controller is being held up. I placed the order just over two weeks ago and the shipment information has remained the same since the day after the order was placed. Too vague

The menu was easy to navigate and the information about the different models of boilers was all in one place.

Do not trust these people, especially David, to be honest with you about your pump needs.
