Totally Vapour レビュー 

Just wanted to write a few short words about my experience shopping online with Totally Vapour. My original purchase was dealt with and received very quickly.There was a tiny fault with an item amongst my order that was part of a prepacked item from the manufacturer. They could not know that it would be faulty but still sorted it out for me. Fantastic people and would thoroughly recommend them.

Despite the reply given to my review even with a 50/50 ratio oil it still leaks I have emailed & sent photos of leaking (my time again as the consumer) no reply from this company! even with the “goodwill” coils! Yes numerous emails as I’m the company tried to blame the coil sent straight from supplier for the leak!
The company have not resolved the leak issue and I would not use or recommend the company

I order at least a couple times a month and they are incredibly helpful and friendly.

got wrong order and rang up the sent the correct order out with 24hr tracking and let me keep the wrong package great company great customer service

I order lost mary am600 bars.Had a issuse where package got damange.i sent a email and with in mins neil from totally vape called me.great customer care.And great advice on vapes i will be be back.

I ordered an OXVA XLIM SE and liquid off this company.

I was happy with the device but the bar salts weren’t what I normally got although the packaging looked the same. It tasted so bad and wasted a coil.

I then emailed asking to get a refund on these and asked for a return label.

About an hour or so later I got a call from “the owner” who shouted, ranted, raved and offered no resolution.

He told me it states on the website there is no returns on liquids and I should of seen it. He then told me I couldn’t write there are no returns on liquid on here “as it was confidential?” Which is it? I should of known or it’s confidential?

I told him I was gonna write this review and he said write what I want as he will get it deleted. He ended the call by hanging up on me.

I only wanted a refund on some disgusting liquid and instead got an unhinged rant from apparently the owner himself.

Previously another company has happily and politely fixed a similar issue for me, so there are better options out there.

Risked shopping here for the first time but never again, I’ll stick to my regular, do yourself the favour and avoid.

Love their bar juice 5000 it taste’s like a disposable! Totally vapour is always a fast delivery and even when an item was sent wrong Neil sorted it promptly, and included 2 free items for the inconvenience. I can’t fault totally vapour, the only place I buy from now.

Having trouble with a recently purchased fb1000 when it stopped working, have had no efforts from this company to respond to any of the emails I have sent requesting a replacement. Bad customer service

Phenomenal staff, very helpful both over the phone and in person. Ordered about 4 times from this company and they have rapidly become my go to- living only 10 minutes around the corner is a massive help! Great range of stock, wish they had a few more pieces in store for Rebuildable hardware (RDA, RBA, RDTA, etc.) However the website is there for when the store cannot provide :D

Purchasing the 2 packs of coils i bought was easy and they came fairly quickly. I believe the 2 packs of coils i bought were faulty as they tasted burnt almost immediately (i have Used these types of coils for over a year now so i know how to use them). I emailed the company twice to ask if they can help out with this as 7 of the 8 coils tasted burnt soon after putting them in my vape and so far i have received no reply. I’ve wasted £20 on a faulty product and no help has been offered and my emails haven’t been acknowledged.

Made an order online and received the order very quickly. One of the disposables I ordered was faulty so called and spoke to the owner, he was such a lovely man and he was very down to earth and friendly on the phone. Took the time to recommend some products that would suit me and assured me my replacement disposable would be sent to me that day. Customer service was fantastic, already made another order and now wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Thank you Neil

Just to say a HUGE thank you to Andrew for answering my query promptly and sending a replacement Product and advising me on a tip to make sure my atomiser is prepped to get the most out of the vape.
I would have given 5 stars but my ECig was burning like a cigarette lighter in a car. The 4 stars are for Andrews service.
