I have driven a Toyota vehicle since 2003 when I got my new one. I kept that one for 12 years and got another. Never any major problems. Always great service. The most reliable kind of car I've ever had and I've been driving since 1970.

Quality vehicles and quality service! I have owned 3 Toyota vehicles, 2 Camry's and 1 Tundra. They have all been top notch vehicles. After 220k miles I sold my 1st Camry and bought a Honda Civic, which was a big mistake. The Civic had a defective motor 1.8 DOHC. I took it to Honda and was told they couldn't do anything for me. I immediately went to Toyota and bought a Camry. 2 years later, I went to Toyota and bought a Tundra. Now my daughter drives the Camry and I drive the Tundra. I will never buy anything else but Toyota. Thank you!

Best value vehicles there are. I own 3 other makes but reliability and value is easily owned by Toyota

I purchased a Toyota Tundra. It does everything that I needed...I.E. 4x4 Drive, Tows my Travel Trailer with no problem as well as my boat. Smooth Riding.

I have owned seven Toyotas and have been extremely happy. I would do a “jumping up” commercial. But after purchasing my 2017 RAV4 LE, I will never buy a Toyota again. I have talk to my friends and family and even people in the service area of my Toyota dealerships, Telling them not to purchase the RAV4 when asked. I have taken it in for seven continuous problems and never had them addressed because the computer could not simulate the problems. The seven items are: I average 17 miles per gallon even on the freeway, my Clock and other technical features are sporadically not working, my suspension is that of a tractor, A red flash brake light appears on the dash when I’m in safe conditions, cruise control radar assist sporadically doesn’t work, the starter button sporadically doesn’t work, and my new iPhone will not connect to the GPS system that has never worked properly. It breaks my heart that after 50 years of buying Toyotas to be treated so poorly by the customer service department. I truly believe that I purchased a lemon.

My Toyota left blinker stopped working after a week and Toyota staffs are not helpful to solve this and the woman on the phone is very very rude!

Horrible service and mechanics but most of all horrible and very disrespectful service managers as well as corporate case managers the had the audacity of telling me he is doing a favor to me by accepting my car there every though my car is a lease with warranty and hasn’t been properly fixed even though I’ve been there 4 times in 1 month for the same problem.

Despite toyota is my favorite car, im giving only 2 stars, I still have my toyota for a little over 10 years now, thanks to my new side mechanic who only charged me $1800 to replace my engine about 5 years ago, when my engine blew and went to the dealership they were gonna CHARGE me $6000 to fix, which is insane, and despite I was maintaining my car through regular check up at the dealership prior to finding that new mechanic who replaced my engine for me. My engine blew and had no damn idea if they did not put enough oil or what. I think two stars is more than fair in that instance. Conclusion I still believe toyota is is the best brand car outthere, I will probably buy one again if I have to buy a new car, cheap to fix if you can do it yourself or get a reasonable new mechanic like mine, easy to fix, easy to find parts, etc... Toyota has a commercial that encourages illegal driving on public streets racing in circles speeding in intersections showing kids out of control racing a fast toyota car.with all the street takeovers this is a crime!

What's the best looking, longest lasting, most reliable, mid-size truck that holds its value the best? The Toyota Tacoma, no doubt!

The Tacoma is small but mighty, it's a force to be reckoned with!

Toyota has mastered the mid-size truck, but their attempt at a full-size (Tundra) was a miss.

I brought a car on 12/06/2018 and less than a week the car has check engine light I.E on 12/12/2018 as they said that it has no warranty but it has manufacturer warranty and they gave me a copy of the warranty but the thing is it is only applicable to first owner they did not even said that to me as I am a recent graduate and spent 15000$ on that car as I took it from the dealer because it is some what trust worth than individual but this case is really worst. I took it on Thursday and it is not even Thursday I got the issue with the car. I am very unsatisfied with this dealership. I took it from miller toyota Manassas virginia. and the thing is as they pull my account hard only reason I took the car from that dealership and even when I asked the the sales person to give me a Quote he took all my details and done with hard pull for finance and it is very unsatisfying for me as I am a recent graduate and spent lot of money on car and is useless. no proper information no proper answer. I am really unsatisfied for this deal. the person who sold the car for me as he said that toyota is a brand and it does not take or sell any cars which has defect you no need to worry about the car as it is pre inspected by toyota.

Toyota was always a reputable company, but that was 20 years ago! Now they are selling cars with Mazda engines and they don't tell the average person. They suck you in where you think you are getting a great deal. You are not. If you want a Mazda, go to a Mazda dealer. Corporate no longer stand behind their dealerships. They do nothing. Think twice before you buy a Toyota and don't let them push you onto the sales floor!!!!!!!!!

Have a 2018 Camry hybrid se. I like the car but the navigation system is worthless it totally sucks. Toyota should be ashamed of putting that type of navigation system in a good car. Since it seems Toyota will not come clean on this problem they created. Either fix the system or compensate owners who have endured this horrific navigation system, this will be my last Toyota.

I love their cars, and they are less expensive than other brands in the market.

Good investment. Been buying Toyota cars for years without issue. What's with all the hate?
