We finally sold our house after a failed sale

Excellent service regarding the sale of my mum's property. Always responded quickly to any questions/ enquiries.
This is the second time I have used TQ Law and on both occasions the service has been excellent.

Abi and Katie from Team AC were exactly what we needed from a solicitor as first-time buyers - efficient, communicative, friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

This team , has earned our trust with their patience and the value to their client. Our process had been longer than usual (not our fault or the solicitors) but they have been patient and was detailed with the updates. Clear communication, prompt reponse and efficient. I am happy that they are very detailed and concised in checking the requirements and documents of the property , correcting what is missing and making sure they are all met appropriately. Hence, the peace of mind and the confident that all goes well.

I cannot recommend TQ Law highly enough. not only was their quote one of the cheapest, our chain was, to say the least, a complex one- non-responsive solicitors, non-proactive estate agents, never ending rearrangements of exchange and completion.
