I used TQ Law for a house purchase. They kept me fully informed throughout, with updates at the key stages. Everything was explained clearly and the whole process was completed without any hassle. Based on my experience, I would definitely use them again.

The overall service was good. The company are generally quick to respond to queries and courteous.
They need to tighten up on their departments working closely together to save time on some of the processes especially around any Compliance issues.

I hired Katrina Pendlebury to handle my transaction. She was positive, encouraging and supportive throughout. She and her team were efficient and kept me informed at every step. Very good Conveyancing Quote for the sale of my mother's retirement flat. I gave them the go ahead over 18 months ago (did not put up the price) and has just completed the sale today and money in my bank the same day!
