Communication with this company was a joy! Prompt response on all emails. Ours was a complicated track for a bow window (not bay). We provided a template and Tracks Direct created an exact track for our requirements. Thank you SO much, we are delighted. They also went above and beyond as the cord wasn't quite long enough for us to cut to use wooden pulleys instead of a loop, so they sent a new length of cord and organised for one of their fitters to come and re-cord the track. Brilliant service :-)

The track is a quality build - very smooth glides and as it's in one piece it has no irritating angle joints that have snagged on my previous installations.
