From start to finish a negative experience after placing order , there is a lack of communication. Doors and handles turned up and wrong handles . Call the head office to find out handles are out of stock but no one was going to let us know . Have to pick new handles as carpenter is booked in . Pick up new handles and unbeknown to us part of bathroom lock is missing so when carpenter turns up he can’t fit the lock . Phone warehouse to be told need to pick up from North Holt if needed that day . Carpenter goes to pick up and charges £75 for his time . Todd’s will not pay this as they say their policy is you have to check the order and let them know within 3 days if something is missing . This is not highlighted on the delivery note but basically your problem ! Engaged with customers services who stuck to their policy despite having had sub standard service . I would not use again or recommend . Yes doors and handles are nice but good luck getting them or sorting out problems if you get any !

I visited the Palmers Green show room and was helped by Janu Bakoo. It greatly helped choosing doors when seeing them in front of you. Janu helped me with my order including all the fittings and furnishings. The quality of the doors is outstanding.

found 2 sets of handles to be missing from delivery however Todd doors (Will at Lymington) resolved and they were with us in a couple of days- thoroughly recommend the product and the people

Door was ordered and paid for and after 10 weeks I checked on delivery only to find out you were waiting for a form from me despite having placed and paid for my order. Your system should have flagged much earlier and not waited 10 weeks for me to chase. I then had to wait a further 10 weeks with no acceptance or recognition that your system was poor and there was no compassion from your sales desk.

Furthermore the door arrived recently and when the carpenter came to unpack and fit the door there was a mark on it which was visible through the wrapping. There was no thought on my part to wait another 10 weeks and maybe you would have claimed that the mark was done by me so we have touched up the door ourselves. Not a particularly happy experience.

Five internal doors, all good quality and delivery as stated. Thank you.

Great service and good quality product

Knowledgeable sales person and nice showroom. Good to see a large selection of doors. The doors were discounted so that helped. Delivery was straight forward so hopefully we have everything that we ordered and we can put them up without any issue!

I am leaving this rating because of the unacceptable behaviour of the delivery driver. He was rude and left the door on the driveway beside a skip, despite ongoing renovation work at the property. I explained that leaving it there could result in someone assuming it was unwanted and taking it away. I asked him to move it to a more secure place next to my garage door, which was only a few steps away.

I also offered to assist him, but he refused and responded by saying that he could take the door back if I wished; otherwise, he would leave it there and would not wait for my signature. When I asked for a moment to check that all accessories were included with the door, he refused to wait and left immediately.

I contacted the helpline afterwards and was advised to leave feedback on Trustpilot.

While the quality of the door and the sales service were satisfactory, the delivery service was disappointing and unprofessional.

I was replacing doors in a small Victorian terrace. Door openings were smaller than current standards in height, width and depth to the extent that I would need to remove more than the standard doors would allow on the height. I selected Todd doors from internet and viewing reviews. I decided to go with standard size rather than custom because of cost. This meant I had to remove the lip wood at bottom of door then cut door to size. Route out the internal wood between outer skins to enable me to reinsert the lipable wood. Made a simple jig to ensure I was able to route the internal wood without touching the skins. I used a palm router. I managed to achieve this very well so modification is not visible and bottom of door is very solid. Doing this gave me some visibility to the doors construction which is very pleasingly well made with good materials. The overall door is well made and solid and the design goes very well. I got Islington doors if I remember correctly. I realise that the above mechanism does impact the ascetic proportion of the door but I think it is barely noticeable. It also took me a fair amount of time. I also had to remove old door stops and fit new ones to accommodate slightly deeper doors. I bought from Farnham branch. The staff were very helpful and very patient going into the details of the lippable specifications top bottom and sides. The ordering process was seamless and delivery on time with a very helpful driver/delivery guy. All told good service and quality doors

Placed an order for 8 internal doors, which was confirmed and a delivery date set. Organised a carpenter to coincide with the delivery.
At 330pm the day before my delivery, I recieved an email stating that 4 of the doors has been misallocated and I wouldn’t be receiving them.
The doors I did receive were fine but a poor experience from my end with little help from customer service, however polite they were.
Disappointed.

This company goes above and beyond offering first class service, high spec products at affordable prices, I’m not going to any other door store ever.

We had a delightful experience dealing with Tilly at the Reading branch and placed orders. However the order execution was concerning. The doors turned up without the ironmongery and handles. these came in subsequent weeks. I had asked for a fitter to come on the basis of the delivery dates provided by Todd doors. His day was wasted due to incomplete orders and we incurred additional costs besides two weeks delay in our project. When we escalated to Todd management we got an insulting £37.09p as compensation for the shoddy delayed delivery!

local showroom were very helpful and had a good display. We choose the doors we wanted and were delivered within two weeks.
