I had a good experience with all the workers at trade center. They answered all my questions especially Harry. Overall, I had a positive experience and service.

Staff were really helpful and left me to choose the car I wanted with no pressure. Mo was really helpful in getting everything sorted quickly so I could take my car the same day, thank you :)

Mo was very helpful and got me through handover extremely quick could ask for better service

Had a great experience from start to finish, Suff was great Morris in finance was a star he sorted out a finance deal for me ,he went above and beyond and Mo was great he sealed the deal.

I could not fault the service from start to finish. They were all very friendly, polite and listened to what you wanted and answered all of our questions.

Paid £10000 cash for Fiat 500 73 plate on 2nd August within 5 minutes of leaving the trade centre the car was shaking really bad.
Took it straight back and the mechanic took it out for test drive, reckons the tracking was out and needed the wheel balanced so in the end we had to leave it with them to get it fixed, in the meantime they Aldi found out the the back shock absorber needed replacing…. Not sure why this wasn’t picked up on the 99 point check. Finally got the car back on 7th August this time missing back headrest and parcel shelf which was in the car when we viewed and purchased it on the 2nd August. 3 phone calls I have made to aftersales team and still NO phone call back from the trade centre all though they send me text messages to say they will contact me on that day. Also still waiting for my £100 which was promised to be in my bank within 3-5 working days … still nothing.
Very poor communication from them seems like they just want you to buy a car and once you have brought one they don’t give a dam.

I would never return back there to buy another car.

This was my first time in getting finance its was i lot too take in sales man was very helpful. However spent 14k on a car the next day I noticed some damage on the rear of the car i contacted after sales about the issue and there not interested so now iv got to spend £300 too replace the part after spending 14k you dont expect to have to pay out more money too fix.i highly recommend not too buy anything from this company absolute joke and criminal
(You dont save any money sale is too pull you in) STAY AWAY

We paid in full for the agreed price and then they tried to charge us an additional £300 as they changed their mind about the valuation of our trade in car. Then there were no mats and we were told we would have to go back and pick them up. This isn’t acceptable as we don’t live on the doorstep and it would be an hours round trip to collect mats. There appears to be a lack of care for customers once deal is signed and paid for. This is the second car I have bought in last 6 months from Trade Centres and on both occasions there was poor customer service - after initial good showroom experiences.
