Salesman Max was very sympathetic and understanding of my disability and helped me every step of the way right up to the end where I was greeted by Brad for the collections process to which he assisted my every need. Assets to the company.

Alan gave us the worst service and Wasted 4 hours of our day. We were trying to finance a car for my son after the test drive and price negotiations only to be told they can’t do anything with provisional license!
despite providing them with the PROVISIONAL LICENSE at the very start of the visit. Very frustrating that they don’t do the checks on the online application rather they run their checks when you actually visit the branch.

And the most frustrating part that they still send email invitations till this day !!

Walked into another dealership the same day after we left that appalling appointment and fortunately we collected the keys within 20 minutes.

Everyone was very helpful had a wonderful experience throughout with Max and Sam and Asad.

Bought a car last May / June from the trade centre and had nothing but trouble with it.
The car electrics keep going off and the key is now not opening my car or being recognised by my car. I have bought a new battery and this is still not fixing the problem. I was only given one key with the car which is faulty.
When I went into the trade centre I was told the car is now out of warranty and I would need to fix this myself, this is going to cost me a fortune!
I also bought the MOT warranty package which comes with the car for nearly £60 a month to be told this does not include the key!!!!!
I will NEVER be going to the trade centre again or recommending this to ANYONE

I bought an electric vehicle from Trade Centre Rochdale and, after driving it for just three months, a warning light appeared and the car became undriveable.

After repeatedly going backwards and forwards with them, I was told the car would be repaired by 13th August. This didn’t happen. I asked for a courtesy car but was told none were available.

After spending days and weeks trying to contact them, I was then promised the car would be fixed by 25th August. Once again, this hasn’t happened.

After finally speaking to someone today, I was told the car now needs diagnostics costing £700 and that the matter must be referred to senior management. I asked again for a courtesy car and was told they have three on site, but all three also need repairs.

I have now been without a car for five weeks. I’ve been unable to get to work properly or collect my grandchildren, who I care for. My mum is also currently in hospital, and I’ve had to take two buses just to visit her.

I’m extremely upset by the lack of communication, the broken promises and the complete lack of support. This whole experience has been an absolute nightmare. I urgently need senior management to take responsibility, provide me with suitable transport and resolve the fault with a car I only bought three months before it became undriveable.

I bought a car from here 6 years sgo and I have had no problems with it. So decided to come back to buy a newer model. I was served by Max who was very helpful but not pushy. Gave me time to make my mind up. Buying a car is a big purchase and I wanted to be sure.
