Staff were lovely but the process is too long
Staff were lovely, helpful and it didn't feel pressured. I had 3 children with me and the process takes hours, there should be refreshments available once you have committed to a sale that are free. Vending machines charging £1.85 for a small water, and same for a chocolate bar isn't acceptable for the amount of time you need to be there.

I’m writing a review about the poor…
I’m writing a review about the poor service we received. We seen a car we wanted in less than 20 minutes. But to do all the paperwork it took over 5hours. Then I tried calling them the next day at 12 someone said I would get a call back asap. I’m still waiting at1730 for a call back agent said it would be the next day before I get a call now. I would never buy a car from this place again. Absolutely disgusting service from start to finish.

Were lied to about the vehicle having…
Were lied to about the vehicle having turbo when i later found out it wasnt. It were just before closing time and everything i asked i got the answer i wanted to hear. Then the vehicle had multiple issues and i got no support from the team. I ended up part exing the vehicle and losing out on thousands of pounds for nothing!!
