It is great to hear you have been using Tradecert for the past 6 months and made the switch from NICEIC. We are constantly improving the software with new features, more certificate types and better AI, so it is good to hear that is coming through with each update.

Glad to hear the AI import is working well for you on both photos and previous test result sheets, even handwritten ones. That is exactly what we built it for, to reduce manual input and speed up electrical certificates and EICRs.

Saving around 20 minutes per EICR or EIC makes a huge difference over time, especially for busy electricians. That is the main goal of Tradecert, to make electrical certification faster, easier and less stressful.

We also really appreciate the feedback on support. We always aim to respond quickly and keep improving the software based on what electricians actually need.

Thanks again for the support and for recommending Tradecert as your go to electrical certification software.

Making Tradecert an easy to use electrical certificate app was the main goal from day one. We know certification and EICRs can already be timeconsuming, so the software should make the job quicker and smoother, not add extra hassle.

Love hearing this.

A lot of electricians are sceptical about AI at first, especially when it comes to something as important as electrical certificates. That’s why we’ve focused on making the AI genuinely useful, particularly for referencing distribution boards and speeding up data entry, not just adding features for the sake of it.

We’ve built Tradecert to feel intuitive and straightforward because electrical certificates should support the job, not slow it down. Really glad you’ve found the platform easy to use and that support has been there when you’ve needed it.

You’ve made a fair point about local storage and working offline. We know a lot of electricians are in plant rooms, risers and basements with no signal, and reliable offline functionality is a big focus for us as we continue developing the software.
