I buy flowers and food at Trader Joe’s every week. Some weeks I buy flowers more than once because I give away flower arrangements.
The flower selection is extensive and the prices are great. They even provide buckets & water if you forget yours.
I love all of the organic food options at reasonable prices at Trader Joe’s.We love the organic fruit, vegetables, bread, milk, cheese, chips and much, much more.
The employees are very helpful, too.
So glad they decided to build in our town.

Extra hot chili.... Zeker niet hot en absoluut niet extra. Zelfs onze autistische zoon die alleen water drinkt kon het makkelijk verdagen. Geen smaak, beetje paprikapoeder erover voor de kleur. En ook de honing mosterd was 1 grote aanfluiting. Zelden zo muffe en smaakloze spullen gehad.
Beide dozen voor 4,40 per stuk. Rechtstreeks de prullenbak in!

I sent a copy of this review to customerservice @traderjoes.com. In less than ten minutes, I received the following response email:
• Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: customerservice at traderjoes.
• Your message cannot be delivered because you do not have permission to send it to this distribution list. Ask the owner of the distribution list to grant you permission and then try again.

In just over 8 weeks from now, I will turn 70 years old. I did not get any courtesy for being a senior citizen.

Summary I visited this location with a simple request to bring my personal VersaCart shopping cart into the store, which resulted in an unexpectedly poor customer service experience that fell far below Trader Joe's usual standards.

Customer Service Experience Initial Interaction - Parking Lot When I asked the cart collection employee if I could bring my personal shopping cart inside, his response was dismissive: "Oh, you can just leave it out here!"

When I explained this was not practical due to theft concerns, he reluctantly agreed but seemed uncommitted to his answer, leaving me uncertain about the policy.

Management Area Experience I proceeded to the customer service area where 4-5 staff members were present. Despite there being only one customer ahead of me, I waited over two minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence.

The staff appeared more focused on casual conversation among themselves than attending to customers.

When a female employee finally asked what I needed, I explained that I wanted to use my VersaCart for shopping convenience - it would allow me to transport purchases more easily to my car and reduce bag usage.

Her response and facial expression seemed unprofessional and unwelcoming.

Concerning Interaction A male employee, who was a manager, felt compelled to interrupt his current customer interaction to investigate my request. His behavior was particularly concerning - he stared at me in what I perceived as an inappropriate and unprofessional manner that made me uncomfortable as a customer.

Resolution Given the unwelcoming atmosphere and lack of clear policy communication, I chose to leave without making any purchases and took my business elsewhere.

Context and Comparison
This experience was particularly disappointing because: - Trader Joe's typically maintains excellent customer service standards - I have been a loyal customer who values the chain's usual commitment to service .

When I made the same request at the Trader Joe's on 9th and Brannan in San Francisco, the staff was helpful and accommodating.

As a Bay Area resident dealing with street parking challenges, using my personal cart would significantly improve my shopping experience.

Recommendation I hope management will review their customer service protocols and staff training to ensure all customers receive the welcoming, helpful service that Trader Joe's is known for. Clear policies regarding personal shopping carts would also benefit both customers and staff.

Always great staff, great food. I love that I can find what I need for a small number of people easily. I wish they were closer to where I live.

It's not easy living with a Truffle Freak! Fortunately, Trader Joe's offers various truffle products on a seasonal basis.

Today, I spoke with Julian, at their Somerville, MA location. He could not have been any friendlier and helpful by searching to see if any truffle products were currently available. Unfortunately, none were available. However, Julian took it a step further, and Investigated when truffle products would be arriving.

I certainly hope, the Captain at this store location fully realizes what a valuable asset they have in Julian.

We love this store! Best little grocery store around. And you can find organic things cheaper.

While traveling (mostly east coast) Trader Joes never disappoints (almost lol) Friendliest store ever , love the cheese section and most of all that I doesnt cost me an arm and a leg to shop there.

They could have better coffee beans and disclose where certain branded items come from.
Anyway: live the seasonal stuff like mushroom cream and the ice cream

Started out with cashier totally disrespectful to customer. When I asked her you having a bad day, she rudely answered yes but continued with the same level of behavior of rudeness. I asked for her manager. The manager did not exhibit any level of respect either. In fact she thinks she owns trader Joe's and doing me a favor shopping there.

Our beloved TJ's has discontinued their 16 oz. wild smoked salmon @ 21.99 in favor of stocking only the 8 oz package @ 13.99 for the exact same product.
This is an increase of $6 per pound!!
Just a sneaky way to gouge price a non-imported product of tariff-free Alaska.
Of course the smaller package MIGHT be more popular, but how about letting the customers decide what they prefer and how they want to be treated???

Trader Joe's has always strived and suceeded in having the greatest products and the very best price. If I ever move to another city, it has to have a Trader Joe's close by.

Stopped at Trader Joe's to pick up a few things right before Easter and noticed that there was a mini-mob of people there buying flowers-- something that I'd not noticed before at a TJ's. That crowd got my attention; taking a closer look at the bouquets I noticed they had roses for only about ten bucks a dozen, so I decided to purchase some. I was pleasantly amazed to find that the roses held up exceptionally well for several days, even without using the provided preservative! I also overheard staff letting customers know that they would be putting more fresh flowers out soon the same day. TJ's is not the first place I would have thought about for purchasing Easter flowers, but from my own experience with the bouquet I bought, they were selling some of the freshest flowers in town!
The only reason I haven't given them a 5-star rating is because availability for many of the items they sell can be 'hit and miss.' Granted, some items are expected to be seasonal and to sell out quickly, yet there are year-round type items that sometimes seem to be suddenly discontinued. There are other items that should be probably be discounted to move the stock, but yet they are still on the shelf, like the Christmastime Winter Wassail juice! Sometimes the quality of some of their own name brand products can be hit or miss, too. For example, the "Reduced Guilt Spinach & Kale Greek Yogurt Dip" is occasionally less flavorful and sometimes has a more bitter or 'off' flavor. (Could that be from an imbalance in the ratio of kale to spinach?) Although the selection of groceries has been disappointing now and then over the years, this most recent purchase of flowers has exceeded expectations!

I really like the products and private label offerings. Nice to know my $ are going to food quailty vs. facebook ads. Service is great.

My local Trader Joe’s informed me that they were no longer carrying wild rice & some tomatoes products this is disappointing since it always sold . It appears that the market is shifting and the mentality of a mega grocery store is taken hold.

Periodically I phone in a grocery order for a disabled couple and pocj it up for them later on the day.
On this occasion I spoke with John. He couldn't have been nicer. Not only did he pack the order correctly,he made a note of marking the items out of stock.

Train you cashier, African American does not want to stop yapping, after I told him I wish not to have any conversation and for him to concentrate on what he was doing as he was also doing same to the customer before me and he missed item left in cart due to his sparodic nature. He then started throwing. My items into my bag . I called on the so call supervisor and she did nothing but to ignore me

Rude cashier. You guys need to train your cashiers better or hire people who have some decency. She left all of my food items on the counter and began immediately assisting the next customer. Not even a rudimentary "thank you." I don't mind bagging my own stuff, but at least ask if I need assistance.

I've been going to the Cathedral City Trader Joe's for years as I live in the area. Might start going elsewhere or going much less than I currently do. I spend my good money here and don't deserve that kind of treatment. You guys are going downhill in the customer service department.

Every week there is a new TJ recall. Their quality has really plummeted over the last 2 years. I will no longer shop there as I don't think their products are safe

Trader Joe’s Southwest Chicken Quesadillas are beyond a doubt, the worst quesadillas I have ever had in my life! There was no chicken to be found in the gelatinous mess that was supposed to be cheese, the only recognizable ingredients, were: corn kernels, a few black beans & fewer tiny bits of red peppers. The
cheese had the consistency of heated Cheese Wiz!! YUCK

I love going to Trader Joe's on 4209 Campbell Ave, the employees are always very helpful, and they always have a very positive attitude. I have spoken to a few of them individually, and when I ask the question, "how do you feel about working for Trader Joe's"? They all say they love it, and it's obvious that they do. I see a lot of happy faces, and how well they interact with each other. Trader Joe's is my favorite food store, especially the one on Campbell Ave. Their products are reasonably priced and the quality of food is excellent! If I purchase something and don't like how it tastes, I can return the product and receive a refund automatically. I honestly recommend Trader Joe's. You will never be disappointed, and always feel welcomed. Thank you Trader Joe's for being here. Taruna Meyer

I love Trader Joe's. They have great products at reasonable prices. I have a list of items from Trader Joe's that I use daily. We go there about once a month. I wish they had a location more convenient to our home, then I might go there weekly. I hope they continue maintaining the same quality in all their products, because I'll always be a loyal customer!
