Purchased our new 7x16 cargo roadrunner at the Redlands Ca location. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase. They answered all our questions making our purchase a seamless process. They offer great warranties and a network of locations if you ever need help with your trailer.

The guys at the Tacoma store were very helpful, making sure everything was right and the process was very good.

Post Falls crew were absolutely fantastic. Great attitude and efficient in getting my trailer, truck set up and all paperwork in a timely manner.
However, dealings with corporate phone staff were the opposite. Some of these women were snotty and rude. I felt they had no vested interest in a sale because they are so removed from how their attitude reflects upon the local store trying to be great.
I think the store would be better off having their own phone staff. I wish I could have just dealt with these wonderful professionals.

The guys were great it was fast and easy if I have to get another trailer I would go back in a minute thanks again

My wife and I saw the trailer on line and called to see if you had the trailer in stock. You had exactly what we wanted and drove to Live Oak Ca and purchased the trailer. Very helpful and within an hour we were on our way. Thanks.

The Trailers Plus guys were terrific. Asked what I wanted and showed me exactly what I was looking for. They were upfront with the costs, maintenance and only pushed what they thought were essential upgrades. I am very happy with my purchase and the Trailers Plus team.

The guys were great we came in with a one trailer reserved and after learning about what we were going to be using it for they upgraded us to a better trailer for our needs and were able to get the upgraded trailers price down close to the one we were originally looking at. Would highly recommend these guys if you need a trailer.

Amazing customer service! I just purchased a Trailer from the Salem Oregon store. Bobby and David answered all of my questions, helped me pick out the right trailer, and made sure I was all set up to tow it correctly. They both went above and beyond, and did it with a positive and friendly attitude. The trailer is excellent quality and it was a good price. It was a win, win, win experience. Despite of been closed due to a robbery the previous night, they still honor my appointment and sold me an excellent trailer. Very professional and excellent customer service during the transaction.

The tongue jack was not raised all the way up while bring it home hit a bump that bent it. Now it can not be used.
