It should have been five stars but...

I ordered two Icom Air band radios which arrived within only a couple of days - excellent considering the Xmas post.

However, on opening my parcel, I noticed that the two free gifts (Pilot Cockpit Bags) were missing. I phoned Transair and I was told that the offer was no longer valid; I then advised that the offer was still showing on their website. I was quickly advised that they would send these to me and they arrived a few days later.

I was very happy with the service and it would have been five stars had they known their own website offers when sending out orders!

while they charge they di deliver

purchased on of their small cloth knee pads which will help all sorts of essentical notes, chards and pens once the weather is kinder and I can get on with taking my GST.
long term this will I am sure be a very wise purchase

Received my watch early in the week and plugged it into my computer to charge ,it didn't show sign of coming on or working . I have phoned Transair to enquire and the guy passed me on to someone who deals with the watch. I have told him that the watch wasn't coming alive when it was plugged in and the gentlemen kindly without laughing or making me embarrassed asked me to remove the plastic cover from the dial . And to my surprise the watch was alive and kicking I laughed with the gentlemen and thanked him for been helpful . I have received very good service and the watch price was the cheapest around . Thank you
