From the Philippines

Ordered a Jumper and came to the Philippines as expected (about 3 weeks by Post Mail). The Jumper has good craftmanship than the one I ordered from another site in the UK. I recieved the item with no damage. I definitely will order again from Transair.

Excellent service

I was looking for aviation headset, and came across Transair's webpage. They had a very large selection and the prices were favourable. I had a few questions regarding the headset and contacted the customer service a couple of times. Each time I got a quick and very helpful reply. Consequently I ordered a set. I received the set very quickly. I can fully recommend Transair Flight Equipment, and I'll place my future orders there again.

The photos on the website of the air filter were the wrong item

The photos on the website of the product (a Cessna air filter) were of the wrong product which caused confusion and almost made me abandon the purchase. However I emailed Transair customer service who replied promptly and agreed that the photo was wrong. I then ordered and the correct item was delivered promptly.
