Ordered 2 Jepp Lo enroute charts on Feb 21st. Transair processed the order promptly and handed it over to Royal Mail . Today, March 4th , a simpel envelope was delivered. It has been en-route for at least 10 days........ I'm rather disappointed in Royal Mail. Sorry, Transair, next set of charts will be ordered somewhere else.

The transiever is just as good if it better than the icon products. The screen is a massive plus.

all ok, i've found what i need on transair flight equiment. Didn't found elsewhere online.

I have done much business with Transair including visiting their shops. Always good courteous service, very professional. If there are any problems they are solved quickly although I have only ever had one problem which was sorted immediately. I most highly recommend them.

You can always rest assured that Transair Pilot Shop will meet the highest of expectations. Items are always packed carefully and dispatched quickly. The customer service team are excellent, always responding quickly to any query. I will definitely use the transair website again.

Easy website, much on offer, but some products only appear on offer together with the confirmation mail, I had that impression at least, And no overextended payment procedure. Lots of webshops miss orders in the payment stage.

Due to the changes in requirements for aviation radio frequencies at the end of 2017, I was in the market for a replacement handheld transceiver. Transair had it in stock - I ordered it - and it was delivered at minimal cost in two days. Very good service in my view.
