Purchased a 50 gallon tank 4 years ago. It has worked flawlessly and made traveling with fifth wheel Rv so much easier. Recently purchased new filters and they were in stock and delivered quickly.

I would say it was a great tank for the 2 days it worked. Has not worked since. I contacted the company and they sent a new harness because the original for the OBD2 port seemed to be the problem because the pins were all uneven lengths. When I received the new one same thing different pins. Still does not work I had this professionally installed before I moved and honestly sorry I did for the 5K I could have just purchased a bigger main tank. I am having somebody just install a switch now so I can turn it on and at least use it. I guess from happy people here I have to be the only one to ever have a problem. I would not do it again.

Chad was able to provide me with advice over the phone and by text to diagnose my issue and get it repaired. Very helpful and knowledgeable on products and service/maintenance. The part I needed was in stock and the shipping time was great.

I called Ben Rico asking about a TFS on my recently purchased used 2002 F550 truck. Neither the original owner nor myself new anything about the existing TFS UFS on the truck. Ben identified the 20 year old system and provided diagnostic and service info that I desperately needed. Ben and TFS went above and beyond any expectations making certain I will return to TFS for any future products or service.

I love the product and design but the way the hose mounts with the cutouts makes it lil ruff to install box onto tank for alignment. Have to pull hose fitting to pull box off. Kinda of a pain but all in all very happy

Ordered a new motor and pump and it was shipped quickly and worked correctly.

Support was very thorough. They clearly outlined all the data I needed to collect to provide help with diagnosing my issue. We eventually narrowed it down to the pump. After replacing it, my issue is resolved!

Tim was very knowledgeable, quick install and affordable . I would recommend Transfer Flow to anyone wanting to add a auxiliary tank!
