Terrible experience.

Me and my 72 year old father had to carry all the items to the van, while both young and strong men waited in the van smoking cigarretes.
Even so, they were able to damage the furnite on the way.
At the unload target location, they left my furniture unattended on the ground floor, without bringing it to the appartment (with elevator).
In the end its more expensive than the actual price you pay.

NÃO CONTRATAR!!! Este é o pior serviço de mudança que já usei na vida!!
Mais de 30 dias de atraso na entrega. A equipe evita atender, evita responder, e quando responde, da respostas vagas e sem prazo. A promessa inicial de entrega eram de 7 a 10 dias. Foram extremamente rápidos em cobrar pelo serviço, que foi prontamente pago. E a partir do momento que paguei, virei um zero à esquerda. Pararam de atender. E estou nesse momento sem receber minha mudança. Ainda não posso nem avaliar se as coisas vão chegar inteiras ou quebradas, porque eles não entregaram. Nas últimas 3 semanas fizeram 3 promessas de entrega e nenhuma delas foi cumprida.

Venho manifestar a minha total indignação com o serviço prestado por esta empresa de mudanças. A experiência foi extremamente decepcionante e muito abaixo do que foi contratado e prometido.
Além da falta de profissionalismo durante todo o processo, vários móveis foram danificados devido ao evidente descuido da equipa no transporte e manuseamento. É inadmissível confiar os nossos bens a uma empresa que deveria zelar pela sua integridade e receber de volta móveis partidos, riscados e com estragos que poderiam ter sido evitados.
Considero esta experiência inaceitável. Esperava competência, cuidado e cumprimento do contrato, mas encontrei negligência, falta de compromisso e prejuízos materiais. Não recomendo esta empresa a ninguém e espero que assuma a responsabilidade pelos danos causados. LIXO DE EMPRESA E PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO AO CLIENTE

Fiz uma mudança completa com a Translowcost e fiquei genuinamente impressionado com a organização. A equipa cumpriu o horário e o trabalho foi feito de forma cuidadosa. Recomendo fortemente.

Super équipe et très consciencieux.
Les camions sont arrivés à l'heure prévu pour un départ du sud du Portugal et une arrivée en dordogne. Aucun objet n'a été cassé ou abîmé.
Je recommande à 100%.

Une étoile pour les amênageurs, Pour le service administratif aimable mais incompétent. 3objets perdus un écritoire 19eme, Une caisse plastique remplie de nos photos de famille et en plus un carton de CD. Des mois que l'on me répond d'être patiente, - nous attendons la réponse du Directeur du garde meubles -disparu comme mes objets et toujours rien Dernier mail 15mars Alors comme j'ai lu dans beaucoup d'avis - Fuyez ce Demenageur - Retard de livraison, perte d'objets personnels ,aucun effort du service administratif.

Não hesitem. Escolhem a empresa Translowcost. Pedi orçamentos a várias empresas, e essa é a mais económica, tendo alvará, registo imt. A empresa apresenta 3 opções , da Base até o Premium. Para mim, era suficiente a Base, que inclui carga/transporte/descarga/seguro base. Como já tinha tudo em cartao malas e caixas, foi suficiente. A equipa, muita eficiente com sorriso ainda por cima. 23m3, 400kms. fazem tbm antes visita virtual, E com um código que a empresa nos envia, podemos seguir em direto a evolução do trajeto. Obrigada Translowcost.

Avoid booking this company if you love to have your things unbroken and complete in your new home.
Ive book them to get my moms stuff from Germany to Portugal. No box was packet carefully, and a lot of things were broken. From the missing items till today I´m not talking.

Meubles abîmés lors de la remise des affaires.
Buffet endommagé, table rayée j attends toujours mon dédommagement de200 euros et ma facture .
Inadmissible et incorrecte.

Malgré les conditions difficiles, la distance et le mauvais temps, notre déménagement s'est bien déroulé.
Il y a eu très peu de dégâts et une petite indemnité nous a été versée pour les quelques objets cassés.
Nous n'avons donc rien à redire sur cette entreprise, surtout après que M. Bruno Fernandes se soit occupé de notre dossier.

Catastrophique et le mot est faible.
Avec en plus un faux en écriture sur le volume chargé, preuve a l'appui du camion a plus d'un tiers chargé.
J'attends une requalification de la prestation et un remboursement avant d'engager d'autres solutions pour dédommagé.

Mon expérience avec cette entreprise de déménagement.
Lors du ramassage de nos affaires à Setubal, nous avons rencontré pas mal de problèmes. Apparemment, l'entreprise comptait alors dans ses rangs des employés qui faisaient beaucoup de promesses qu'ils ne pouvaient pas tenir. Puis les fêtes de fin d'année sont arrivées et bon nombre d'employés se sont déclarés malades.
Un autre responsable (Bruno Fernandes) a alors pris le relais, il a bien suivi les choses et nous a tenus informés en permanence de l'évolution de la situation.
Les conditions hivernales ont ensuite causé des retards supplémentaires. Finalement, après 20 jours, tout a été livré par deux chauffeurs extrêmement aimables et serviables qui ont fait du très bon travail.

Quando pedem um orçamento nunca é referido o acréscimo de IVA, no entanto, para reservar a entrega e se quer receber as suas coisas é obrigado a pagar o que vai acima do orçamentado.
Relativamente a equipas, pelo William e Maxime (pessoal que recolheu em França) eu dava 5*. Rápidos, super simpáticos, super atenciosos, profissionais e cuidadosos. Pessoas incríveis.
A equipa que veio para entregar muito simpáticos, porém menos cuidadosos. Algumas coisas partidas (caixas plásticas, uma caixa com copos).
Recolha dia 19/12; entrega 29/12
Espero que no escritório melhorem a transparência.

Unfortunately my experience was the same as others written here:

Very unprofessional communication, they didn't even show up for the virtual visit... Mistakes on their side for invoicing, very late delivery of belongings because of terrible management, damaged items upon arrival and a missing item which, to this day, two months later, they haven't delivered.

I don't even know how this company keeps operating.

Never ever again. A lot of broken stuff and lost boxes. Also they did not install the furniture as we paid for. They left my mom in a total chaos and lots of broken things. Never got a solution or answer for our requests.

I chose Translowcost Portugal for an international move based on a recommendation, and it turned out to be one of the worst decisions I’ve made.
They started by trying to charge me more than double the original quote, claiming my volume estimate was wrong.

On moving day, scheduled for the morning, they only showed up at 7:30 PM, leaving me waiting all day and forcing me to pay for an extra hotel night.

During transport, a lamp and a desk were broken. Instead of taking responsibility, they asked me to prove why the items couldn’t be repaired… The compensation offered was so low it didn’t even cover replacement costs.

In short: delays, overcharging, damages, bad faith, and zero customer service.
⚠️ I strongly advise against using Translowcost for any international moving service.

We took Translowcost to court and won. Our experience with them was terrible—stressful, frustrating, and depressing. We photographed everything before, during, and after the move, and we have clear proof that many of our items were damaged and not wrapped or handled carefully—or at all.
We asked for a refund of the service fees and compensation for the bed, chairs, table, lamps, bowls, plates, and boxes they damaged. Translowcost acknowledged the lack of premium service but only offered us a small amount, which felt like an insult given what we had paid and the damage we could clearly prove.
Only at the second court hearing did they agree to refund us €2,000. It still cost us significant time, energy, and money to reach that point. Translowcost were a nightmare for us—we honestly wish we had never hired them.
If you want a refund from Translowcost then take them to the Small Claims Court. We did, and we got our €2,000 back. While we couldn’t recover compensation for the damaged items (without going to a higher court), getting the service fee refunded made the effort worthwhile.
Moving house is stressful enough—choose your removal company carefully. Go with one that has good, consistent reviews. Good luck with moving!

Last May, I moved from Brussels to the Algarve, and for someone who has moved frequently, I have never experienced anything like Translowcostportugal. The delivery guys were rude and complaining about the stuff that had to be taken to different floors. They even left a sofa bed in the hallway with plastic and their blanket on it. I got a box with almost all my stuff broken, and I'm still missing two boxes with kitchen stuff and a monitor. My office chair arrived broken and without a wheel, a large clock has the numbers smashed in, and more. I am calling on anyone who has experienced or is still experiencing problems with them to respond to this message. I am preparing to take legal action against them.

Meerprijs moet je wel betalen, want ze weigeren anders om je spullen te bezorgen. Na dat we de schade hadden gezien hebben we gereclameerd maar zonder resultaat, gewoon geen reactie. Met name de eigenaresse is zeer onvriendelijk en legt alles bij haar personeel neer. De verhuisers waren wel vriendelijk.
