Everything was great and we received the service we agreed! The bus driver was polite and on time! Emma who was responsible for the booking did a terrific job and made sure everything was perfect! Thank you!!

Booked a minibus to take my son and his friends to his birthday party. Driver failed to show up on the day. No communication from driver or company to tell the there was a problem. Belatedly got a message saying 'there was an issue' but no more information provided. I then had to chase several times to get a refund of my deposit.

Website was easy to use and the quote I received was fantastic. Alex Hart then sent me the quote confirmation with the deposit amount. After paying the deposit everything was fully confirmed (simples).
On the day the driver (Alfan) arrived promptly and was very friendly. He picked us up from Slough and took us into London, then picked us up that night and got us all back home safely.
Have used these guys twice now & both times I've had no complaints.
Would recommend and use again.

We had a church programme in London and had to book transportation so as to enable us travel as a group.

I contacted Transport Hub and Sam was the agent allocated to help us.

Sam made sure everything went well and was happy to answer all our questions, replying promptly to messages.

Sam was also kind enough to follow up the journey ensuring the drivers got to the pick up destination on time.

We will definitely be booking with Transport hub uk again in the future.

Due to a last minute flight change we needed a 16 seat minibus at short notice for a funeral, we had to get from Exeter airport to Southampton airport. Sorting this could have been really stressful but Sarah was amazing throughout. The communication was great and bus turned up as planned. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sarah and Transporthubuk

She updated us on all details and was very helpful answering all our inquiries as we were worried that we would miss our appointment. Hi transport hub where brilliant even though they asked for refundable deposit for drinking they gave us it back and the driver was amazing he went above and beyond and he picked us up on time and accommodated us for our music choices and for stops on the way to Derry.

Great booking system and communication from the organisers in the run-up to our booking. Driver on the day was fantastic, arrived earlier and waited for all members of our party to arrive. Great experience.

We have used this company for the 3rd year in a row for our Christmas Party Transport and they have been great. Emma who took care of the booking was very professional and was able to price match so we can use them again this year. The driver on the day was really lovely too

Sarah (office manager) and Dan (driver) facilitated our minibus return transfer from outer London to central London for a party on Saturday night. Sarah was helpful throughout the booking process and easily reachable to communicate with. Dan was friendly and professional. I was initially worried having read some reviews but can now confidently rate this 5*

Used the company online to get a mini bus from Portsmouth to London after a wedding. They matched the best offer I had and communicated all driver info well in advance and triple checked all the details with me.
On the day the original driver had an issue but they swiftly confirmed the replacement and everything went off without a hitch.

In March I booked & paid for a minibus to transport my family & another family to a wedding on August 3rd. During the week leading up to the event I e mailed & received reassurance all was in order from Alex. I do not believe she confirmed the booking with the driver named on my invoice receipt. Had she done this a new driver could have been organised. On August 3rd I phoned the driver to check his eta to find he was in Norfolk & knew nothing of the booking. I phoned Alex who said she would get back to me - I called Head Office who said I should be patient as I would be called. We did not have time to wait if there was no replacement - no resolution was given. The families at extra expense took taxis and trains in order to not miss this occasion. I called Alex on the train who assured me a new driver would be there to collect us from the venue & return us home. This did happen for which we were grateful. Back & forth about refunds came to nothing despite going to a manager - Sarah, pretty disrespectful to my being the customer who had done nothing wrong! I was told I shouldn’t believe any driver who would obviously not admit their mistake. I can’t quite see why this would be the case. I got £100 refund from £375 outlay which did not cover the journeys we had to organise or the stress caused by inefficiency. I received an apology admitting it was all their mistake but could not believe that there was no goodwill gesture. It was all very jolly until it went wrong. I was asking for a refund of half the cost which I feel would probably have been fair & would represent a real apology for our inconvenience. I would absolutely urge people to not use this service - there is a real pattern with the 1* reviews of which there are many.

We used Transport Hub UK on both Sunday and Monday at the Notting Hill Carnival. The vehicle provided is exactly what we asked for and needed. The Driver was better than just good. He was excellent. He was a key factor in our experience at Carnival being our best ever. We now have a coach company that I will not hesitate in referring to other organizations. We now know who we will be going to when we need a coach for any future activity/event or excursion.

Great experience. We literally booked one day before we decided to make the trip. Rebecca Taylor was awesome. We had to do a little of back-and-forth, but everything worked out perfectly. The driver was on time and had a great experience.
