Would recommend

We have used Transporthubuk various times for company tours and the service we have been provided by drivers and by Emma in bookings has been brilliant. The service is also reasonably priced.

I recently was in the position of needing to hire a minibus to transport several people including a disabled person to a function
The lady that I spoke to I believe her name was Emma could not have been more accommodating and helpful and arranged for a vehicle that met the needs of all passengers . It arrived promptly at the designated time and the driver was also extremely helpful.
Emma kept me updated throughout the booking process and was so polite to speak to at all times
I'm very happy and will use this company again as well as recommending ro others.

If I could give no stars I would! AVOID AVOID AVIOD!!!!!!

If I could give no stars I would!! Absolute shocking service from this so called transport company who actually sub contract drivers who have no clue where or what they are doing!! The company were supposed to drive my two daughters alongside a team of others girls to a dance event that was a good two hours away! The drivers had been subcontracted from Essex to Eastleigh to pick up the dancers, that in itself is crazy!! We booked a coach which conveniently wasn’t available a couple of days before our booking so we were being sent two 17 seaters and the company wanted more money for those! Which we point blank refused as we had already paid for a coach! Only one 17 seater bus arrived plus a van! The 17 seater was absolutely disgusting, unsafe with broken seatbelts, sellotaped belt clips and stained seats that you wouldn’t let a dog sit on!! Absolute filth!! The drivers were vaping openly over all the children, very unprofessional and they didn’t even have the address of where they were taking the children
and adults!! Some of the parents tried calling the company and the drivers called their boss and surprise surprise there was no answer from anyone. This resulted in complete stress and other parents having to take the children in their own cars so paying out for fuel and parking when we had already paid for a coach we didn’t get! The van was safe but obviously didn’t have enough seats!! The whole experience was a nightmare, caused a whole lot of upset and stress! This is children and peoples lives you as a company were happy to put at stake when you had already robbed us of our money!! So unprofessional and uncontactable on the day! A complete shambles of a company who to this day are still not taking any responsibility as company and reading the other reviews we are not the only ones who are not the slightest bit happy with your awful service or shall we say lack of! Put yourselves in our shoes and see how you would feel!! I can’t think for a minute you would want to sit in an unsafe, stained disgusting old bus being vaped all over! I mean you might if your insane!!! Anyone who is even thinking of booking with these absolute poor excuse of a company I would completely AVOID at all costs because believe you me it will cost you more then you would ever bargain for!!!!!!! Disappointed is an understatement that this company is happy to operate at the lowest of the low!!!

Huge safeguarding issues for children

My 10 year old Daughter was due to travel with a group of other young children on transport provided by this company. Two vans were hired one was ok but the other was horrendous. Seatbelts not working or held by tape. Filthy seats and generally appeared incredibly unsafe. The driver was not interested and seemed smug that we would not allow our children onboard. He'd already been paid so was happy regardless. The company couldn't be contacted to give us a replacement, numerous attempts to call but to no avail. Fortunately we were able to provide our own transport, but have had no refund from the company at all. Please do not use this company to transport children.

⭐ 1 Star – Unsafe, Unprofessional & Completely Unacceptable Transport

We booked a coach for a children’s event on 6 June 2026, but instead two unsuitable vehicles arrived—a van and an old 16‑seater minibus. Both drivers were openly vaping in front of children, and one admitted he didn’t know who had booked him, wasn’t aware he’d be transporting children, and had already driven from Essex with another long drive ahead. Serious safeguarding red flags were ignored when raised.

The 16‑seater minibus was outright unsafe. One seatbelt didn’t work at all, several were held together with Sellotape, and others required excessive force to fasten. As a licensed chaperone, I had no choice but to deem the vehicle unfit for transporting children. The driver was dismissive, and no replacement vehicle was provided. No one could reach the hire company.

Parents were forced to drive a 250‑mile round trip themselves and pay £38 per car for parking so the children didn’t miss the event. This should never have happened.
This company supplied unsafe vehicles, unprofessional drivers, and caused distress, disruption, and financial loss.

Safeguarding concerns- do not use for children

If I could give no stars, I would! The company sent a filthy minibus to transport children. Upon boarding it was noted that at least two children were unable to fasten their seat belts- many of the seat belts were held together with sellotape and these two simply would not fasten. For this reason, the bus was rejected on safeguarding grounds. Transport Hub have accepted no liability and charged us the full amount even though we were unable to use the service.

Two-Hour Delay, No Communication, and Forced to Arrange Alternative Transport

I feel compelled to share my experience with Transporthub, as it was one of the most disappointing and stressful customer service experiences I have encountered.

Our party of nine booked a minibus through Transporthub for an airport transfer to Leeds Bradford Airport, with a return journey also arranged. Given the nature of airport transportation, reliability, punctuality, and communication are of paramount importance. Unfortunately, Transporthub failed in all three respects.

The vehicle was scheduled to collect us at 8:30am. When the vehicle had still not arrived by 8:55am, I contacted the company to enquire about the delay. I was assured that someone would investigate and call me back. No such call was ever received. As concern grew regarding our ability to reach the airport in time for our flight, I continued attempting to contact the company. In total, I made approximately fifteen telephone calls, none of which resulted in a satisfactory explanation, meaningful update, or even the basic courtesy of a return call.

At 9:11am, I received an email stating that the driver had all of the booking details and that the company would contact the driver and provide an update. Once again, no update was forthcoming. It was only after I proactively chased the matter further and requested direct contact details for the driver that I eventually received an email at 9:33am informing me that the vehicle had broken down.

By this stage, more than an hour had elapsed since our scheduled collection time. More concerning, it had apparently taken the company over an hour to communicate this critical information to us despite our repeated attempts to obtain answers. We were then advised that the revised arrival time would be approximately 10:30am, meaning the vehicle would arrive two hours later than originally agreed.

Whilst mechanical failures can occur and are sometimes unavoidable, what is entirely unacceptable is the company's handling of the situation. At no point did Transporthub proactively inform us of the breakdown, provide timely updates, offer a contingency plan, or demonstrate any appreciation of the urgency associated with airport transfers. We were left completely uninformed, repeatedly chasing information, and facing the very real prospect of missing our flight due to the company's failure to communicate.

The lack of professionalism displayed throughout this incident was extraordinary. Effective communication is a fundamental expectation of any transport provider, particularly one entrusted with airport transfers where delays can have serious consequences. Instead, we experienced a complete absence of accountability, transparency, and customer care. The burden fell entirely upon us to seek updates while the company failed to provide even the most basic level of service.

Given the circumstances, I had no confidence that the booking would be fulfilled and was forced to make alternative travel arrangements at short notice to ensure that our group reached the airport. I immediately requested a full refund, as the service that had been contracted was clearly not being delivered.

The entire experience caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and anxiety at the very start of our holiday. What should have been a straightforward airport transfer became an ordeal due to Transporthub's failure to communicate honestly, promptly, and professionally.

I cannot recommend this company under any circumstances. Reliability is the single most important requirement of an airport transfer service, and on this occasion Transporthub failed comprehensively. Equally concerning was the complete lack of customer service and accountability shown throughout the incident. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise prospective customers to consider alternative providers.

I booked 5 rides with this company

I booked 5 rides with this company. I really did not what to expect but was very pleased. There was 27 of us. I did read that some buses did not have A/C so did request. One bus did not have it and it was a fluke that This day it was so hot out. One of the group person called and they brought a new van out. Very quick. We had great drivers that were always on time. Drove Great and were very nice. You do have to wait until 1-3 days to have your driver assigned but once the company sends you the driver number , the driver is quick to response. I had worked with Sarah who is super sweet. She even had a baby and kept working with me instead of passing bookings on to a different agent. Thank you so much !!

I highly recommend Alex

I highly recommend Alex! She was kind, attentive, and very easy to work with. The entire experience was seamless from beginning to end, and I always felt supported throughout the process. Alex was patient, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was handled properly. Her positive attitude and excellent communication made the experience both pleasant and enjoyable. I would gladly book with her again in the future.

Unfortunately I trusted a travel agent who booked this company. It was truly ruined our vacation having to deal with these incompetent, rude, and scammy people. First of all, one of our drivers they assigned explained to us that Transport Hub UK is actually a shell company managed overseas, so they toss you around from email to whatsapp or very grainy phone calls. The names they provide are aliases, because it's different overseas people actually pretending to be British. I was instructed by my travel agent to contact "Sarah" and "Anna" via the whatsapp number prior to travel in order to receive directly my assigned drivers in the cities we requested. Before leaving the US we sent the whatsapp message to confirm, they responded that they had our reservations. The day prior to needing the drivers they went silent and after frantic calls to our travel agent, they blamed us for giving them incomplete information in our messages, which was untrue. The day of our arrival, we attempt again and again to contact our driver but the numbers were not working to no avail, and we even had local port volunteers try calling from their local phones. It turns out they gave us the wrong phone number, luckily the driver arrived, but in the interim Transport Hub called me on my phone several times during our vacation to yell at ME that the driver gave them the wrong number and they're not at fault. Listen, I am not responsible for management of phone number rosters - that is YOUR responsibility. Also Rude AF! Our second city, the driver was a smoker and hot boxing inside the vehicle. It was awful. Never again will I ever use this company to manage driver bookings it ruined our trip.

We are surprised to read this review, particularly as Transport Hub UK is a UK-based company and we do not operate any overseas branches or “shell” structure. All communication and operations are managed directly from the UK.

We also do not have any issue with the person who made this booking, as the reservation was arranged via a travel agent with whom we have been in regular communication since February. She is therefore in the best position to evaluate the service provided in full context.

Regarding the concerns raised, the only issue identified on our side relates to the driver contact details, which were provided incorrectly due to an internal oversight and were promptly acknowledged and communicated to you by email. However, it is important to note that this did not impact your journey. You were collected slightly earlier than the scheduled pickup time, and all transfers were completed as confirmed, including timely drop-offs.

We also note that several amendments were requested during the booking process, including changes to destination, itinerary, and pickup time. Despite the booking originally being confirmed as fixed, we nevertheless accommodated all requested changes without any additional charges and ensured all services were delivered accordingly including early pickups requested by you last minute.

With regard to communication, we do not agree with the characterisation presented in your review. We maintain professional records of all correspondence, and the tone of communication received on certain occasions was not consistent with standard professional conduct. For clarity, we have advised the booking agent that all operational communication must remain between our office and the agent directly.

Finally, while we acknowledge and regret the inconvenience caused by the incorrect driver contact number, we do not believe this justifies the severity of the claims made in your review, which do not reflect the overall service delivered.
Your journey went well, pickup on time. Dropped off on time, driver followed all the instructions, you changed itineraries which driver accepted and managed to, asked for a pickup at 09:00 am instead of 10:00 am which he also accepted.
