Always spends lots of time making sure you have all the information you need,and questions are answered and any worries that are probably very small Claire will make sure you feel completely,that all your worries are looked into right up until your ready to go on your holiday,even at the airport if anything happens she is there still to help you….

Such a personal, friendly service with great customer service. I spoke to Claire on booking a trip for Sept to see if she could help. I then asked about a special trip, totally different, that I would like for early next year and mentioned m the No.1 trip on my bucket list and some thoughts I had. Claire, set up the September trip and gave me some options for early next year, which was quickly booked taking into consideration all factors that restrict me travelling. Nothing is too much trouble. We then discussed my dream once in a lifetime holiday, totally different to the other two and something diverse and not something Claire had created before, but enjoyed the challenge! After a few weeks came back to me with options after a few amendments (nothing was too much trouble) Claire has created such a personal, top quality, package, with such detail tailored to my details to make my dreams come true!

The holidays are not cheap but they are not your basic all inclusive package, these are holidays that make you feel special with Claire taking all the stress of trying to coordinate details; getting your plans to flow etc. Claire is available for any questions and support you might have. If you want a holiday no matter if it is a weekend or a specialist one off I have no hesitation in contacting Claire for her super planning skills to turn dreams into memories. I hope Claire is ready for a lot more bookings!

Clare took all the pressure off when booking our family holiday! And very patient, as we are a large party (10) with various wants/needs it was a lot to request but Clare was professional throughout and kept us updated when showing us options and really got us the best price! Thank you!

Claire makes everything so simple and stress free. Upon booking my daughters first holiday I was extremely stressed and being faced by all the different options on the Internet was very daunting to try and ensure I booked the best holiday for my 2 year old but a friend of mine recommended Claire and she is amazing! This was the first time we have used a Travel Angel type service, and it won't be the last. I usually do all of the research, booking etc. Claire sorted a family adventure holiday to Thailand for us, which included 5 different stops, internal flights, all transfers etc and she would have also booked excursions if we could have chosen them. The service from Claire is excellent, her response rate is fantastic and our holiday went really really smoothly. Already thinking of our next trip. Well done Claire, and thanks again.

This is our third time booking with Claire. I have been quite a difficult customer this time round, asking for different hotels and different room types over and over again. This is a different type of holiday for us and Claire has been very patient and has given great advice. Great prices and a very personal service.

I contacted Claire through Facebook. She has arranged a trip to Bangkok and Thailand for 8 people next June.
She has totally taken any pressure from myself. I told her want we wanted and she has sorted everything.
Excellent service and will definately be asking for Claire's advice and service again.

Was recommended travel by Claire from a friend at work, was very impressed with the level of service we received nothing was to much trouble and was detailed in the reply back, we was kept informed when our hotel was having building works and when we decided to change the hotel 3 weeks prior to departure Claire was very quick with different options available and was sorted and changed within a fee hours, we will definitely be using her services again
