Great Service!
I phoned Travel House because we were having difficulty booking car parking at Bristol Airport for a last minute holiday we’d seen online.
We spoke to Olivia in the Brynhyfryd branch who said she could do it for us and so I asked her to book the whole holiday. She was really friendly and helpful and sorted everything out for us. I would definitely recommend Travel House and would use them again in the future.

As always first class service from the staff we have used the travel house for a number of years and we have never had a bad experience from them any issues we may have had as always been dealt with promptly we will have no hesitation carrying on using them until we stop going abroad.

Olivia helped us find the ideal holiday for our family. She has the patience of a saint and was as helpful and friendly as she could possibly be. She is a credit to Travel House and one of the reasons we keep coming back to this branch each year, the staff are brilliant.
