Friendly and knowledgeable
Friendly and knowledgeable. Remember my name and the people I travel with. I arrange small group of friends breaks and its so much easier if they are able to ring up or go on line and pay individually. Travel House just make the whole experience so much simpler.

I was to feel welcome by both young ladies..Rhian dealt with choosing my holiday. She kind, understanding. Had loads of patients and found the exact holiday I was looking for
I couldn't be more pleased ad I never felt rushed. She spent nearly 3 hours wifh me.
