Always the same. So helpful and brilliant

From the moment we walked into travel house, we were met with a smile and a how could I help you today. It was easy booking a holiday we had a good conversation with your rep who had a good knowledge and understanding of what we were looking for it was a great experience. Walked away both very happy and looking forward to our holidays we booked.

Because of the service we received. We have booked lots of holidays from the merthyr branch and we find the staff so helpful.... we always like to deal with Chris,,, not that the other members of staff are equally as good, but we like to book with our boy Chris.. he sorts out everything for us best deals and all the paper work is done we only have to make our way to the port or airport .we'll done Chris and travel house

This is a local company who we have used many times. Same price as the internet but you get support with getting any issues sorted. Very good staff.

Friendly welcome from Liz and Chris, every staff member equally friendly.
Relaxed atmosphere throughout my visit.
Liz gave me friendly, constructive suggestions/advise re my choices of hotel.
This resulted in me choosing a lovely holiday, flying from my local airport, with excellent flight times.
All documents were explained to me and printouts given. Advised to call back after 48hrs to collect our boarding passes.
Been using Travel house for many years, and will continue to do so for many more.
Previously, Justin advised me on how to arrange 2 travel insurance claims.
What an amazing team.
