Lovely atmosphere at the shop. Plenty of patience by all staff employed.
My wife and myself are both in our 70s,wouldn't look anywhere else to book our holidays which is generally 4 times a year.

Best Travel Agent experience I have had - he found the ideal solution even when various sites showed availability and then sold out. Never gave up with options
