It was a pleasure to book my hoiday again with Travel House (Merthyr Tydfil). ALL Staff are fantastic and are great at what they do. Great to have the person to person conversation instead of being on a computer or phone.

Everyone in the shop is very polite. They go out of their to make sure all your needs are met.

Jamie was very friendly and helpful this was my first holiday and he really helped me to get to know the things I needed to book and not to book!

This is the second holiday we have booked with him as we had such a fantastic experience the first time.
Nothing was too much trouble and everything explained clearly.

Had the pleasure of booking my holiday with a lovely guy called Justin. He was friendly and very knowledgable. I haven’t been on a cruise before so he gave me a good insight, managing to answer all my questions. Very easy to book and Justin was even able to make a slight change for me the day after booking. I was sent all my travel documents straight away and I feel confident that any further information I may need I can email, message or call. A great experience on a whole. Thank you Justin
