Zoe was brilliant, she found us a lovely holiday at a good price. She handled all the details for me so we can just relax and enjoy our holiday. She was polite, helpful and friendly at all times. She is a real asset to the company. Will definitely book with her again next time.

I went to Travel House Penarth this weekend and spent around 3 hours with Ellie. We had quite a lot of requirements so it took us a while to get there. Ellie and her colleague were so patient, nothing was too much trouble! They were fantastic with our children, who definitely got bored after hour 1!! They’ve taken care of everything for us. Would highly recommend.

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating with lots of patience to tailor our holiday to our needs.
