I popped in on impulse, not really expecting to find something to suit my requirements, but Jess was brilliant. She ensured she understood exactly what I was looking for, dismissing things that were not going to work straight away, and then persevered until we found the perfect trip! Pete and his team Jess and Alex are true professionals. They are friendly, fun, experienced and professional, whilst expertly guiding you towards the hoilday that YOU want, not the one that they think you want. We are always made to feel welcome with an offer of tea or water and they give of their time freely, with no suggestion of rushing or time constraints. Pete organised the perfect river cruise for us and we have been We have been for a second time to book another for 2026. We will definitely be back and third and subsequent times and trust Penarth Travel House to deliver for us every time. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have never given any one or any organisation a 5 star rating or a 10 out or 10 however Peter gets both, not only has he spent hours putting together a family cruise and a trip to Jersey he has done it with infinite patience, politeness and friendliness. There is no way that I could have put both these holidays together without him. It would be remiss of me not to mention Alex and her bicycle she is also welcoming and helpful the 2 of them are an asset to the business.
