Great quality product and fast shipping!!

I purchased the Lake Shore Blue Green Spruce Tree. It was delivered extremely fast. Once it arrived I had my husband put it up. It was fairly easy to put up because it came in three parts. Base was down and lower section was installed and plugged in. Then the middle section was installed and plugged into the lower section. Only to see that half tree would not light up. We went through the grueling agony of trouble shooting defective bulbs which was not only the extra amount that are supplied but I had to purchase more to get the tree to finally work.

I did contact customer service and was given the option to return and pay for shipping charges. I refused and was laughed at hung up on numerous times and even lied to numerous times. I explained I did finally get the tree working but needed to purchase additional bulbs. I was told they would send me bulbs as a curtisey which never happened. I asked if I could get a percentage off due to the time and aggravation spent on getting the one I had to work. I was told by a so called manager that the matter needed to be looked into and that she would get back to me. Which also never happened.

I will NEVER purchase other items from this company again! Nor will I EVER recommend it to any one else. Since I am already stuck with this tree. The only thing I would buy again from this company are extra bulbs to have for future Christmas's so that the tree was not a complete waste of money.

I have purchased two Christmas trees from Tree Classics and they have both been exceptional..they are easy to assemble, look beautiful, and wait for years.

Ordered the slim 6 foot artificial tree for a tight space in my living room. It fits perfect and, one decorated, looks like a real tree. Also ordered a storage bag for the tree and love that too.

Continue to love my Tree Classics tree which is around 5 yrs old at least. It is still very beautiful but I am now having to replace lights yearly which I order from your company with no problem. The problem is getting the old light out to put the new in, it is not easy. Also my tree is so heavy that it becomes more and more a chore to put it up . Your service is always great though whether I order or call with question.

The tree is beautiful but it is very heavy for a 41/2 foot tree. Also, the white pellets (snow) falls off very easily. Messy when assembling and dismantling the tree.

The tree is absolutely beautiful. Looks real and quality workmanship. Looking forward to the holidays and sharing the beauty with our family.

ITS NICE NOT TO LOOK FOR THE STORED CHRISTMAS LIGHTS , THERE ALREADY there ... color , texture of the tree is beautiful also ... very happy with my choice .... 😎

Bought for my wife in 2015. We were in need of replacement of our previous Christmas tree, during my search, I came across Tree Classics. So very pleased I did! The website shows the tree I ordered and the "description" refers to clear LED lights. The tree with all white lights are NOT LEDs but old fashioned incandescent ones. The tree is also so heavy it is impossible for one person to set-up.

This tree is PERFECT for me! I have never bought an artificial one but decided that a real one is too much trouble. I searched online and saw all the beautiful trees on the Tree Classic website. I ordered one and absolutely love it. It was easy to put together and shape. I'm sure I'll enjoy it for many years!

It was easy to assemble,looks great, came on time and had many compliments on how real it looked and how beautiful it was dressed!

reviewed many artifical trees on line and chose one from Tree Classics. the look and feel of the tree is great. Easy to assemble, the branches are full and all our friends thought it was real!

The tree was everything we hoped for at Christmas time. Love the two way lights.

After ordering, I found the same quality at the wholesale club for almost half the price of my sale-priced tree. Also, even though the regular branches on the tree were realistic, the accompanying branch wraps (to camouflage exposed sections) were cheap pieces -- unlike the rest.

Have used Tree Classics for over 20 years and have never been disappointed with their products. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good products.
